I had such a positive experience here. I have been looking for a place to repair my iPhone 7 screen for a while, wanting to find a place that would do a good job, with quality products, and at a fair price. This is the place! In my search, I first ended up at another shop that had good reviews, but the screen that I came away with had terrible coloring and did not respond well to touch. It was so bad that I had to go back and have them put my old broken screen back on. I then realized they were pushing the "review us on Yelp" pretty hard. I tell you this because Stop N Fix is TOTALLY THE OPPOSITE and I am glad I had the previous bad experience for comparison. The Stop N Fix shop is tiny. The guys working are very no-nonsense. Everything happens very efficiently. They took my phone and evaluated it very closely. They said it might be just the screen or maybe also the LCD that was broken, and that they were checking. From what I'd read and what I was experiencing I didn't think it was the LCD. After some examination they concluded I just needed a screen -- better for me bc that's cheaper to replace ($80 for the iPhone 7 screen). They also noticed that my face sensor was broken, something which I'd noticed while using the phone but hadn't put two and two together enough to mention it to them. I had to pay extra for that repair, but it involved an extra cable. They fixed the screen and the sensor, and while in there they noticed that my antenna was loose (probably loosened by the other place that did the poor repair!!) and they fixed that without me even asking them to. The signal problems that I'd been having have now disappeared. It feels like I have a whole new phone, so much got fixed! Plus, they threw in a free tempered glass screen protector. All of this went down in the span of about 20 minutes, all while they also attended two other clients who walked in. The two gentlemen working were polite and helpful without being pushy, and willing to answer my questions. And they seemed to take great pride in getting it right, which is such and important thing. Very versatile, affordable, and informative team, that provided quality services and materials. Versatile services for good prices: I was impressed they were able to do a GLASS ONLY replacement without needing me to buy a new screen on my Galaxy S8. All other repair shops I had reached out to (over 5 others) all quoted around double the price and claimed there was no way to do the repair without simultaneously replacing the screen because it is curved. Informative: Also they went out of their way to point out that my battery was expanding and needed replacement (because it was too old). Very informative team and it was kind of them to go out of their way to let me know and show me before putting my phone back together. I was able to find a battery off Amazon and replace it at home... but in retrospect it took me quite a few hours (also I risked breaking components) and definitely would have been easier to just bring it back and have them take care of it. Quality: I was honestly hesitant when seeing other reviews giving negative feedback about quality of materials and reasonable support. But the quality of their glass seems 100% perfect so far after a few weeks (flawless, light sensor works perfectly and everything). I had also pushed pretty hard on the glass (when replacing my battery) and it hasn't cracked - so I think they used pretty durable glass. I had also incorrectly thought my edge swipe was disabled after the repair, and they were definitely willing to take a look for me. Turned out it was just an issue with my settings. But the point was they were ready and willing to stand by their work and help me out if need be. Let's be clear though (regarding other negative reviews)... I had only dropped my phone this one time (not from a very high height), but took pretty good care of it otherwise. Because it was just the glass cracked, and no other internal components damaged or frame bent, I'm 100% fine after my glass repair. But I'm seeing other negative reviews mentioning "my camera on the other side of the phone doesn't work" / "my phone is still screwed up" etc... If you hypothetically totaled your car after crashing into a tree (smashed the engine and bent the frame etc...) you generally wouldn't bring your crumpled car to the auto body shop asking for a new windshield, but then complain to them that your car still doesn't drive correctly and your door is coming off, right? My point here is I would recommend 1 - try to test your phone before you bring it in to assess whether there are other components broken that you're not aware of and 2 - think of how hard of a hit your phone has taken and whether or not that might have bent your frame or had stressed other parts... Because if it did and your frame isn't straight, you really shouldn't expect a straight screen and straight backing to adhere to your bent frame very well. read more

Got my iPhone screen replaced from here--and after being given grief for asking what the difference was between the $100 screen repair option and the $150 option that had been offered, to which I'd had to ask multiple qualifying questions about whether it was a difference in technical quality, colour vibrancy, etc., I just decided to go with the $150 option to err on the side of caution.
