"First thought okay they are tooo relaxed" Skylar was the representative who helped me upgrade my phone. She didn't try to sale me everything in the store. She asked me what i wanted and I shared my needs and we talked about the different options. I appreciate that, cause I'm already ready to make a purchase I don't need the added stress. As I was sitting there for my upgrade I seen how they moved and assisted others as they came in for service, it's the end of the month and they're all looking at the computers to ensure each employee meets their monthly goal. This changed my first impression a little, I have no complaints on the service I received from Skylar, she asked me if it was okay if she helped the next client while my phone was doing its transfer process. I know she needed to do it anyway cause there was nothing else she could do for my phone...it's just the courtesy given. I just feel that when your customer enters the store no matter what you're doing, at least one of the representatives should acknowledge that they entered and give a time of service. ie: "Good morning. Someone will be with you shortly." So if you're in this area give Skylar a chance help her reach her monthly goals

ATT cell service is terrible and gets zero stars, but that wasn't an option. I purchased 4 iPhone 16 due to the issues we were having thinking it was just old technology slowing us down. Now that I have a phone bill to rival a car payment I feel I have the right to complain that the ATT service in the burleson area is terrible for the price we pay. Spotty service at best. Can't have a phone call without it dropping calls or cutting out. And texting is just as bad. It definitely could be a user error. But the great staff at the store was not able to help. The brand new phones are deemed fine but didn't help. I am not happy with the quality of cell service I get in this area for the money I spend. Please do not fault the store for ATT service down fall they have just conveniently removed the "ATT" option from yelp and made it store specific unlike several competitors that I can rate their company alone. So I assume that's by design, from a history of un favorable reviews.

I had initially brought my…read morephone to Best Buy who called after an hour and told me they could not repair my phone as there was a problem with a screw and I needed to call Samsung directly. When I called, the only option was to mail it in and I would not have my phone for 7-10 days. Can you even imagine your life without a phone for 10 days? So I went in search of other help, after 2 other failures at Same Day repair I landed in CPR with John. My hero. With nonchalance and a smile, he assured me that he could probably fix it and not to worry. He even had the part IN STOCK, and told me to come back in 90 minutes. When I did, IT WAS FIXED! I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the effort and repair, Literally saved my sanity. Highly recommend this place and they have earned a client for life- with 7 phones in my home I am thrilled to finally have a place I trust. John, you are getting an invite to Thanksgiving!

When I get to the ATT on John Jones road the sales person can't find the phone I reserved. Tells me that they have no more in stock and gives me a line about how the order is still pending and the system wasn't updated that's why it still showed there was one left in stock (At this point there showed none in stock). The kicker is 5 feet away there was another sales person selling and setting up the same phone model and color that I reserved. I never write reviews but because of the dishonest practices of the sales people at this location I feel it's deserved
