BlackBerry is down to less than 1% of the market, so not very many phone repair shops have any experience with the current/recent BlackBerry lineup. I made over a dozen phone calls to different phone repair places, all with the same result - "We don't work on those. No idea where you could get it repaired". I took my BlackBerry Priv to Japan and the Philippines on a business trip, and even though I used the correct voltage converters in both places, something went wrong, and my phone stopped working. As in, I couldn't even turn it on. These guys fixed it, quickly, and reasonably, and I would recommend their services to anyone. Kudos.

Took the phone back and they claimed it wasn't the screen replacement (although my phone worked perfect before the screen was replaced) Apple claims they/Igeek pryed the phone open with improper tools and likely caused the damage when doing so.
