BlackBerry is down to less than 1% of the market, so not very many phone repair shops have any experience with the current/recent BlackBerry lineup. I made over a dozen phone calls to different phone repair places, all with the same result - "We don't work on those. No idea where you could get it repaired". I took my BlackBerry Priv to Japan and the Philippines on a business trip, and even though I used the correct voltage converters in both places, something went wrong, and my phone stopped working. As in, I couldn't even turn it on. These guys fixed it, quickly, and reasonably, and I would recommend their services to anyone. Kudos.

My experience was exceptional!…read more So a life time ago, I dropped my iPhone 4S & it died. I mean dead died. Not cracked just nothing. So of course I took it to apple & they said, there is no way to fix this. I was crushed, as I was a new to iPhone/ apple user and hadn't backed up my phone . They told me there was a place in NY that could possibly retrieve my data, I was most concerned with the photos, but they said it could be upwards of 10k$$ . There was just no way. So I saved the phone hoping one day some tech savvy person would be able to breath life back into my phone & retrieve its memories. That day has finally come!!! I dropped my old phone that wouldn't even turn on to Rich. He made no promises but said he would try his best. It took almost a week, but was absolutely worth it!!! He was able to change out the whole housing of the phone & get it to turn on!!! Once I got there, I put in my 4 digit pin code & to my surprise it pulled up everything!!!!! When I got home, I poured through the photos & videos of when my kids were little & was able to read some old text messages from dad, he passed away a little over a year ago & let's just say this fix was not just AWESOME, but invaluable to myself & my family. ***** If you have read this far, please go see my hero, Rich @ cellular repair center. The next day i got a call that there was an issue, the screen cracked while they were repairing it. As a resolution to the issue they replaced it with another Samsung TV of the same size that they had that was newer and had more features. That's integrity. I'll definitely return here with any other repairs that I may need in the future.

One of them did not work and one of them did, I bought what I needed from him, including an extra television. Understandable but still atrocious service…read more Botched a repair with a dying/defective lcd and digitizer (Likely salvaged and then charged full price for) and a damaged mic port and was told to come back - Came back same to find the tech left minutes after i ended the call. Phone was damaged in the time waiting for the store to open back and see me - Warranty does not cover physical damages. Screen was already sold at twice retail cost. Go ANYWHERE else or do the repairs yourself
