Mike P is the name on the receipt and while he did level with me and curb most of the sales jargon and actually compare and contrast available phones with me he did flat out misinform me of those two main issues. it was expressed that the phone ha comes standard with a 6ft cord and that there are no known volume controls when in fact that rage inducing caveat comes built in! The…read morepeople that run this store must be geniuses at hiring, because both times that I have been in (once to buy a phone, once to make the insurance claim and get a loaner phone when I broke a phone) the service has been personal, rapid and over-the-top convenient. The two clerks that served me were both dressed impressively (TIES!) and knew their products-- asked good questions and made good recommendations. When I broke my phone and needed a loaner, they immediately logged me in to one of their workstation to help me report the insurance claim, and then, no questions asked, no jumping through hoops, no game-playing, gave me a decent loaner phone (a Smartphone comparable to my own) to get me through until my new phone arrived. I couldn't believe it. The service was so earnest and prompt and intuitive. I would HIGHLY recommend this store if you have found wireless stores/clerks to be a pain. I was very impressed by the way the store employees engaged me and helped me make my decision. They even transferred all the data from the old phone to the new one which was very helpful. The next day we had an issue with a portion of transfer which I needed help with. They were very helpful and spent a lot of time with me.
