I arrived to the location at around 12:30pm (time stamp in image.) I spoke to two employees. I talked to one employee that took a look at my iPad and confirmed the price and time to pick up (2 hours). I also confirmed again with the guy who managed the payment that it would take two hours. I show up around 4:45pm and no one greets me walking in. So I walk up (five minutes later) to the first employee and asked if the tablet is ready. She told me, "Oh you're early, I just have to put on the screen." It had been 2+ hours since I dropped off so I was confused but I said I will wait till they are done. I came back around 50 minutes later and the repair is not done yet. At this point it is already 5:45pm and it has not been finished. I wait until 6:18pm and she hands me it without apologizing for the wait or anything. I regret not saying anything about the time issue but it feels conflicting because of all the things I signed and I am not sure if I am in right to. The problem is not how long it takes, but it was the misinformation about when pick up would be. I confirmed with two people that it would be ready in two hours. It came out to almost 6 hours. I would not have minded dropping it off and coming back another time, if they had communicated that. But I was told it was 2 hours so I waited there, standing in the store and not wanting to rush the employees. The repair itself is excellent but the customer service was conflicting. I paid $329.84 and expected quality care. I do wish I had a better experience because it seems others do.

I've visited the shop more times than I'd like to admit for everything from setting up a new service plan, to getting my iPhone speakers replaced, to fixing baby puke related water damage, to replacing (several) broken screens, and they have never disappointed! Hyo is the manager and has helped me out the most. He's always so friendly and accommodating when I come in with a problem, and is very knowledgable and patiently answers any questions that I have. The only downfall is that he's a Dallas Cowboys fan.. hehehee just kidding :p Any who, I've recommended many of my friends and family members to here also, and they too always leave happy. This summer it's Pickleball...the surprises never end here and loved the offer for a Pickleball set super cute pick paddles with the T-Mobile logo and here I am at the Salt Lake Shopping Center location and was so blown how busy it gets here though the staff are very professional and organize to be sure everyone is checked for their service and asked who's picking up the items. I love the staff here and really do appreciate the acknowledgment upon entering as I always get a greet to at least know that I will get some answers of my issue...keep it T-Mobile. Thank you!

It was frustrating and a headache! It was highly recommended to make a reservation with the location that you plan to visit. The earliest appointment was for the next day Thursday March 26, 2026 at 5:45pm. I took the 7:00pm appointment and they close at 8:00pm. We walked in and the place was full of people. On the screen showed 32 people on the walk in wait list!! I checked in at 6:45pm for the 7:00pm which is the 15 minutes recommended on the iPad? 6:50pm, we were helped by SAGE a very friendly sales associate? He asked for an I.D and started the process of getting what we needed the replacements of the 2 cable boxes. SAGE talked and worked fast at the same time which made it go by so fast. It was a very nice and comfortable first experience. By 7:10pm and only in 20 minutes we were walking out the door with what we came for. We went home and set it up and it's all good again. Can watch tv again. Lol.

Where before I thought I might just live near old infrastructure, I now think this company is intentionally bad. Poor form Spectrum.

Starting from Center Stage area, walk by sidewalk and parking lot by Lupica - Brug - Massage Palace - then Tricked Out. If you keep walking, you would pass the post office and eventually Foodland. They replaced my iPhone camera lens cover on the spot. It's a little pricey but great when I don't want to wait for something in the mail). They also have a "warranty" and put my number in the system. When my lens broke a few months later, I returned to find there was a $10 fee that I was not told about nor expecting. Their card machines were somehow not accepting tap at the moment and required a card scan (I didn't have on me). So no new lens. I went home and found a spare to save the day anyways.
