Everything was super smooth super easy and he didn't miss a beat. James assisted me. He wasn't welcoming, and I didn't find his customer service to be polite or engaging. He spoke so quietly that I had to ask him twice to speak louder because I couldn't hear him. After briefly looking at my phone, his main suggestion was to turn Airplane Mode on and then back off whenever I lost service. Considering I explained that this has been an ongoing issue, I expected him to run a diagnostic first. Instead, I had to ask if a diagnostic could be performed. Before doing any meaningful troubleshooting, he also tried to discuss upgrading my phone. The experience felt more focused on selling a new device than resolving the issue I came in to fix. Better communication, stronger customer service, and a genuine effort to troubleshoot would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I won't be returning to this location.

When I discovered the problem, multiple Victra employees couldn't even tell me where my phones were. I had to find that out myself by digging through old emails. None of the staff took ownership of the mistake, and you cannot even call this store directly -- the number on the door sends you to a call center that's just as useless. I contacted Verizon corporate, who told me nothing could be done until they finished their "investigation," which could take weeks. That left me without the devices I ordered and no resolution. I cancelled my Verizon account entirely and switched to T-Mobile -- the only way I got the account closed quickly. Victra's "WeCare" team (yes, they really email from wecare@victra.com) sent me nothing but generic canned responses that ignored my actual questions. Even after I spelled it out, they refused to give details on what happened, how they'd prevent it in the future, or offer any compensation for the waste of my time. This was not a minor inconvenience -- it was hours of lost time, multiple trips, and a total breakdown of customer service from both Victra and Verizon. If you value your time and sanity, avoid this store and avoid doing business with Victra entirely.

We all started up conversations with each other. Again, it will take time to get your questions answered and account fixed. At least you will get the help you need. More specifically. If I had tried to get the bonus for my trade in, I would have had the wrong plan. Also wanted to trade in my second phone, but the offer was expiring the next day, with the phone I wanted on back order. This store is able to order the phone and honor the offer.
