Visited on June 28, 2026. I came to this Verizon location because my phone has been having ongoing service issues. I was hoping someone could diagnose the problem, but I left disappointed. James assisted me. He wasn't welcoming, and I didn't find his customer service to be polite or engaging. He spoke so quietly that I had to ask him twice to speak louder because I couldn't hear him. After briefly looking at my phone, his main suggestion was to turn Airplane Mode on and then back off whenever I lost service. Considering I explained that this has been an ongoing issue, I expected him to run a diagnostic first. Instead, I had to ask if a diagnostic could be performed. Before doing any meaningful troubleshooting, he also tried to discuss upgrading my phone. The experience felt more focused on selling a new device than resolving the issue I came in to fix. Better communication, stronger customer service, and a genuine effort to troubleshoot would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I won't be returning to this location. read more

Anthony, at 6000 Roswell Rd, Sandy Springs, tried hard to sell me a new phone because mine was "old and running on the 3G system, so it wouldn't work much longer." My Samsung Galaxy S9 runs on 4G and is configurable to 5G. Also, 3G went away 2 years ago, so I guess he's been using that one for a while. read more

The Verizon store was taking appointments only, and they suggested that we visited this particular Authorized Dealer, because you didn't need an appointment, plus they stayed open later. Nice clean store. Was greeted as soon as I walked in. Both guys provided exceptional customer service. I would definitely visit this store again. read more

They stole my information opened all type s of phone lines in my name my business name without my authorization. Damn Verizon. Do not! I repeat DO NOT even give them your driver's license or ID, they will use that too. They might need to get a drug test immediately. They out the staff regularly and that very strange so that basically anybody can come and take you information and never show up again. I may just need to sue them. read more

Chris was the beSt sales representative I've ever encountered in any cellular service store I've been to in America. (& I've been to too many). He was calm cool and collected. And answered all my questions over and over again. Very friendly and highly knowledgeable of every single thing I needed and was concerned about. I have never had a better experience anywhere. It was a dream come true the whole time because I have never had a clearer or cheaper priced experience anywhere at any cellular service store thanks to the promotions going on it was just my lucky day in every way when I walked in to Verizon. Everything was super smooth super easy and he didn't miss a beat. It felt like I hit the Lottery jackpot/Christmas/ Valentine's Day/ 4th of July/ New Years & my birthday all in one stop because of how great the service and deals Verizon had. No stars for this retailer store for Verizon. I'm so glad I followed my gut and called the Verizon corporate offices recently. I would usually do things online but I was short on time since I had visitors on that weekend. I decided to come in to get an internet device for my home, the guy told me had a trade in promotion so I ended up switching carriers. I upgraded my iPhone and Apple Watch. Which I thought was a great move since my friend had recommended Verizon for a long time. I should've just done everything online first. The sales associate was quite nice though but he did trick me. He charged me at the store $40 for two devices set up, one for my iPhone and one for my apple watch. Mind you I didn't even have my apple watch on me that day. Also, he didn't even set up my iPhone iCloud transfer correctly and the internet device can be set up at home. Then 15 days later I'm being charged the first bill and two $35 activation fees, which made no sense since I didn't even have the phone for a whole month yet. Also he said I needed to trade in my old phone to get the promotion credit. But my gut said to call Verizon customer service about the bill and I asked when was the last day I should turn in my phone. Turns out the promotion is for new clients and I don't even have to turn in my phone so I kept it. I'm not sure why he suggested I turn my old phone in the first place, I would've been so upset to have found that out after dropping my old phone off since I still needed information that is kept on that phone. The whole 30 days of me switching phone companies just seemed so sketchy. But I'm glad I called the customer service line since they explained the situation better to me. In the future I will not set up my phones in any stores since the sales associates appear to want to rip you off. Also, when you call this place they are rude and give you attitude. I would not recommend this store. I would recommend you just go to a Verizon Corporate store. I went in to upgrade my line plus add a line. Everything was going smoothly until I was told I had to pay almost $300. It's the taxes for the phones plus $40 activation for each plus an additional $40 "in store set up" fee for each phone. What a rip off!!! Why should the customer have to pay to have a phone set up if we are going in there to buy a phone and activate service. I wasted an hr of my day here. Unless you're ok with paying $80 extra then by all means this is the spot to go. read more

You never know how much you need your phone until your screen cracks and you immediately need a new one to return to work. It's very RARE to get a Excellent 5 star review in the retail world anymore - even when promised people really don't go out of their way to follow up on writing a good review- usually people are more prone to write on a bad experience and pretty quick about getting the review up too- So , here goes - I'm in the middle of a job change and was late on a payment - prior to June , my phone bill has always been paid on time- Stopped in to make a payment and the professional gentlemen noticed that. I qualified for a senior discount and was able to reduce the total of my monthly bill and save BIG in the long run-He went above and beyond the call of duty - I appreciate the good service and will return to that location - VERY PLEASED -Everyone loves to save money - JOB WELL DONE read more

I stopped in late on Sunday afternoon - the customer service agent, Boris, helped me even though the store had officially closed. Boris was extraordinary and offered exceptional service as I had just dropped and broken my phone. He explained the new iPhone, all aspects of the promotions and plans, and did so with kindness, patience and good humor. I strongly recommend this store and Boris in particular. read more

I ordered an Apple 12 pro in early December, the sales guy told me I should received within 10 days. I called them afterI waited for two weeks, the guy said due to the high demand, it might be delayed, and I should contact Apple directly for the logistics information. I waited for another week, still didn't receive it, so I called back again, first, that sales guy didn't even admit I was his customer until I described how he looked like on the call, however, I still got the same answer. Then I decided to make a trip to the store, and there was another guy found the information in the system and it showed the phone was delivered within 10 days after I placed the order, but it was sold to somebody else by that sales guy. No apologies, no explanation, instead, he still gave me very arrogant attitude. I won't recommend this place to anybody for sure. read more

So, no one likes going to the cell phone store, at least in my experience. There is always a wait and something that confuses the situation such that you spend way more time and energy than you thought necessary. But, in my case, I lucked out and was greeted by Tony who ported over my number to my new phone. When it didn't take because of an issue with the PIN that was discovered later when I discovered I couldn't receive incoming calls, he helped me again, via phone when he had no real incentive to do so. He is super knowledgeable and quickly explained how to get through the issue with prior carrier. On top of his expertise and good humor, I noticed everyone being really cautious with COVID guidelines so hanging out there was not uncomfortable in the least. read more

Keep moving and go to a REAL Verizon Store... The store is clean and the people are nice. When I went and asked for some basic assistance, (switch one phone off, and activate a new one) and unfortunately no one had any knowledge when it comes to Verizon's network, systems, or processes. I looked around at the products and prices... nothing you couldn't find for less at Best Buy, a REAL Verizon store, or on-line (if you wanted to wait 1-day for delivery). If you want something done you are better off at a REAL Verizon store or going on-line..... I don't see this place staying in business too much longer. read more

Beautiful store, I must say! The customer service on the other hand is none existing. I've walked in to this store to purchase a new iPhone and a new Verizon line for a new business. I was asked my personal information such as social security number and driver license before I have even decided on a phone or a plan. The "gentleman" I was dealing with, consistently scratched his private area with complete nonchalance. Very disrespectful and disgusting. As s business owner my self, I am quite aware of the etiquette of the customer service required in order to have a successful business. I blew a gasket finally when the iPhone5 I wanted to trade in was apprised by his boss for $50 at a short glance. I politely asked if I can get $100 for the trade-in and of course I ended up walking out after a firm denial. After the experience I had with your sales associate, Nicole McGee, I was inclined to send you this note. The customer use to be a priority and customer satisfaction was the number 1 priority of the sales associate. It has been quite awhile since I have received this type of service! I am not a tech savvy person and I am definitely not cell phone literate; I text and talk that's it! I came into the new store on Roswell Road in Sandy Springs on Saturday the 20th and wanted to upgrade my iPhone 4 to something newer. Ms. McGee went above and beyond for me. She explained the differences between the various iphones and she even told me about the different features the newer phones had compared to mine. After deciding on the iPhone 6, besides doing the normal things of checking me out and giving me a few papers to sign, she set-up my phone up for me and showed me how to navigate around the new features. It was quite funny because she told me that I could not leave the store until she knew I was comfortable using my phone. My husband and I could not get over the 'special' treatment we felt we were given. Now she probably treats all her customers with the highest respect and gives them 'special' treatment, too, but that does not matter. It is how she made us feel and we thought we were the only customers in the store because she had our divided attention. The process may have taken a little longer than if we were younger and knew all about this tech stuff, but she did not make us feel like we were slow, our questions were silly or plain stupid. It has been a long time since we received great service and motivated enough to write a review about a sales associate. Thank you for hiring her and I honestly believe if she were not there Saturday we would not have been treated as patiently as she did. Have a great day! read more
