Apple Juice opened it up and cleaned it and it has worked like a dream since then and it was way, way less than $500 to fix it. My iPhone had a horribly cracked screen and they were able to fix it within an hour. The employees have always been thorough and friendly. I highly recommend them!

I brought in a phone for repairs. Instead of fixing it, they performed some dark ritual that somehow made it worse. They charged more than the phone is worth, so naturally I assumed it would come back working like new. Silly me. It came back acting like it had survived a car crash and a lightning strike. Twice. They "repaired" two things. Neither one actually worked. Shocking, I know. Now I have a phone that's about as useful as a brick with a screen. A really expensive brick, courtesy of the geniuses at Apple Juice. If you're looking for the thrill of overpaying for absolutely nothing, this is your place. If not, run. I got an email warning about maintenance causing an outage for 8-10 hours over night AFTER the outage started. Every other upgrade has done nothing for speeds at my residence so all I get are huge fees and inconvenience.

Customer counter will not reveal their names, contact information, confirmation receipts, just give a promise that the service will work. When it fails it fails, you wait.
