I scheduled an appointment for finger printing here online through Field Print. It's located in Waipahu beside Elena's. Parking can be challenging since the place is so busy with all the restaurants here. Appointment was pretty efficient. Walked in for my booked appointment. Checked in with staff. Showed the required ID and got finger prints done. Took less than 10 minutes. If you need finger printing done, this place is convenient for the west siders. read more

I was nervous about my fingerprinting appointment after reading the negative reviews here. I did not have any issues! Appointment registration was online through Field Print. There were tons of appointment slots available in 10 minute increments. You check in with your appointment ID. Make sure to read the emails carefully to make sure you bring the correct two forms of identification, as they must match every part of your name. If one form of ID is missing any part of your name, they will not accept it. Keep that in mind if you are like me with 5 different names total, as some forms of ID/documentation might only list your partial name. The appointment was very quick, and the person who helped me was very kind. The email says you need to remove all bracelets and rings, but I did not have to remove any of my bracelets. I arrived at 4:51pm on 11/15 for my 5pm fingerprinting appointment and the customer service is horrendous and you can tell one of the employees doesn't want to be here. I let her know I had an appointment and she didn't even look at me and then pointed to the side of the wall told me I need to wait. There is an app that says check in with the customer service rep and I was immediately dismissed. There was a guy who walked in before me without an appointment and he was helped and his issue was resolved. Although everything may not seem like a race issue to everyone however since I have been on island, I have felt it more than ever. In this case, I feel it is a combination of poor customer service. There was two employees working (one male and one female) Michael was very helpful and friendly. He treated each customer the same and I was in and out in less than a minute. read more

Got here at 10:26 for a fingerprint appointment at 10:30. Girls refused to help until that time. They were just on their phone FaceTiming with someone else talking stories. At 10:31 I said it's past 10:30 then said hold on, didn't even start till later. Wouldn't recommend coming here. read more

Just switched over from AT&T to boost mobile so that we can save money on my bf 's plan but boy am I already regretting it. First off, I should of known when the lady said I couldn't keep my old phone number something was fishy because my phone was already paid off. So not only did I have to change my number that I've had for 7 years to a new one but when I asked if I had to call AT&T to inform them of the switch she said no it will automatically cancel your account. WRONG! Because she gave me a new phone number it didn't cancel. So when I got the bill this month from AT&T and boost mobile I was so confused!!! Called AT&T and customer service informed that I could've kept my number and if I did switch my number over THEN it would of cancelled the service. We went back to boost mobile Waipahu to ask for compensation or at least to deduct from our next months bill since this is their mistake and they said something along the lines of "sorry but we can't do that" so shit out of luck for us we have to pay an extra $100 this month for our extra phone bill. So much for saving money right :( So just an advice, if you're looking for a a new phone carrier don't come here. They need to train their staff better or else you'll be paying extra money exactly like us. read more

The worst month of communication EVER!!!! Thanks to the phone/service I received from this store. About a month ago, I switched to Boost from AT&T because my bills were way too high. I go into the store, and there was one guy working, forget his name, starts with an A, it was like his 3rd day on the job (and he was already working alone, so that should tell ya something...). Anyway, he was real nice, good customer service skills, told him what kind of phone I was looking for and what I was looking to do with it. And he suggested the Boost Max. This is where it all goes downhill. The one star is for how nice he was when I got the phone. (plus i have no choice but to give at least one, so it works out). He told me I had 7 days to check the phone out if I wanted to bring it back and exchange it. OK, Great. I take it home, and for the first 3 days, Whenever the phone would toggle from LTE to 3G, my internet would not work AT ALL. I couldn't do a basic web search, check e-mail, NOTHING. So I took it in, and I'm like, hey, what's going on with this phone, do I need another one? And the same guy who sold me the phone said their towers were down and they should be back up and running that night and the 3G should be all good. He took a look at the phone, did a reboot of it, said the phone was good, so it wasn't the phone. A week goes by, still can't use internet unless its on LTE, and most times, I have to restart the whole phone for it to even get to LTE. Also, I'm noticing some other funky things the phone is doing. i'm talking basic phone functions: I can't switch over to an incoming call when I'm on an ongong call. Sometimes the phone just shuts off and I have to reboot the phone to get it back on. I don't texts/calls until hours or days later. Spell check doesn't work, freezes the phone. SOMETIMES IT WON'T TAKE A CHARGE! WTF?! I call customer care, they do a reboot thing on their end, and they tell me their towers are down (again?) so 3G is being weird, but should be back up soon. Nothing seems to be wrong with the phone, if the problem ensues, take it to the store to get it looked at and possibly replaced. Exactly 15 days after I got the phone, I go back in the store, a lady is there by herself, i tell her what's been going on, all the issues the phone has been having. She asked who sold me the phone, I told her, and she hinted at the fact at him being new had something to do with him selling me that phone, which she and her boss knows has some issues. It hasn't gotten any system updates IN ALMOST A YEAR! WHY ARE YOU SELLING THIS TO ANYONE! UGH! Anyway, i mentioned, "it's well past the 7 days to return it so what are my options?" and she goes, "well they say that, but you really have 14 days." WHAT?!" So i could have come in before and gotten rid of it! UGH! So she does this thing that resets the internet and since then, my 3G has worked pretty well. But everything else still gives me sooo much trouble. A month after having this service, I finally had it, I take it to the store, the guy who sold me the phone was there, and i told him everything that was going on with the phone. And of course, he said the towers were down. LOL. I said well the towers aren't my issue right now. The phone is the issue. He offered me a new phone. THANK YOU. I pick a phone, we're wrapping up, then he tells me my total is $199.98 or something. I said ummm, no I want you to take this crappy phone and do an even exchange. He said he couldn't do that because it's past the days allotted to do an exchange. I said well that's funny because no one seems to be quite sure of the exact number of days...first you said 7, she said 14. THEN he tells me, well it's actually 10 days. WHAT THE WHAT?! SO WHICH IS IT?! OK...Where is the manager, I'm sure he can do something. He would not let me speak to a manager because he wasn't there. Didn't know when he WOULD be there, and said the manager wouldn't be able to do anything anyway. I know this is long, but this was experience over a month's time. I've missed important calls/texts/couldn't read e-mails right away. If I'm talking to my mom and my husband calls, and I try to click over...IT HANGS UP ON EVERYBODY! LOL I've almost been late to work because the phone shut off. I've been without a phone for a whole day because the phone won't charge when it doesn't feel like it. I pay for international calling, but when I make a call sometimes, I can't get through. The worst! Not worth it. I'm going back to AT&T. It's pricey, but at least they have quality phones and quality service. read more
