Update: Still 1 Star. Spoke with the main office who responded to this post and still have not been helped after they said it was all taken care of and to just wait longer. It's now been a total of 6 months. Wrote a review on google but would like to leave one here as well. Customer service was nice in person but we haven't received our transfer incentive and it's been 3 months so far of trying to resolve the problem. Finally I wrote a complaint on google and had their customer service reach out in which, after understanding what happened, told me I'd have to wait another 7-10 business days to get an email with instructions on what I have told do. So I was once again told I just have to wait. I'm glad their main customer service line is helping, even though they offered nothing for my inconvenience of having to chase this down myself and taking months to find a solution that requires more waiting. Store in Kunia has been giving us the run around since December when we transferred over. Keeps saying a manager needs to take care of the issue but no manager has done so and we've tried to solve this about 5 separate times both in person and over the phone. Called customer service and their solve was to have me wait more for what I've been waiting for since December and offered nothing for the inconvenience. The incentive was pretty much the same as actual Verizon store so maybe they'll have better service instead of this authoriEdretailer. read more

All interested people who want to do business with a Verizon store. We highly recommend the Kunia store. Friendly, knowledgeable, patience and very helpful when getting a new phone. Royce was awesome. We dealt with the Moanalua and Pearl Highlands stores and they are not as helpful at all compared to the Kunia store. Transferring my information from our old IPhone to our new IPhone 14 Pro Max was such a stress relief. The other stores told me that they don't do transfusion and we had to do it ourselves. which we found non customer service, especially at the Moanalua. Schedule an appointment which isn't hard and you will be a happy shopper like us. read more

I had to upgrade an iPhone and buy a new iPhone today. So I happened to stop by and they had the exact model and color I wanted. But what made the experience go smoothly was because of the sales associate Brenna. I mean from beginning to the end she made the transition of phones to the setting up process to making sure all of our very important information was backed up before we left. Verizon in Kunia is the location you want to go to and Dara Fuller is who want to see. Along with a great attitude on life itself, Dara possesses the following attributes; excellent customer service, attentive the the customers needs, patient, reliable, speedy and knowledgeable on a plethora of options and accessories. Tormented with the thought of an unpleasant visit, as I've experienced with the location in Ewa across from Safeway, I was skeptical on coming in but I had some pertinent business that I needed taken care of with my phone. There were two customers she was helping as I entered but within minutes they were taken care of and out the door. What was a complex issue at the other location was trivial to Dara. Her awesome manager Tiaraeven came over to assist just to make my visit that much more enjoyable. Together they multitasked while taking care of my issue and other customers around me. Making great use of time, I noticed how easy it was for this tag team duo to navigate throughout the store greeting all customers upon entry while effectively taking care of the immediate customers on hand. Kudos to whoever hired these magnificent young women. My mom switched our entire family of 8 from AT&T to Verizon & they went overtime to help her save ALL the content from EACH phone and transfer EVERYTHING to the new phones. It took 3 hours! If could give this place ZERO star, I would!!!! This guy name Chayston was so unprofessional!!!! He forced me to open my phone in front of him and his reason was If have to set it up for you'. This is a bull crap excuse! All the information that he needed was located at the back of the box of the phone! I wanted to take the phone home with me UNopened and open it on my own time and when I wanted to. He took the excitement from me of opening it!!! Very unprofessional!!!! I had Britney Park as my helper. She was so awesome, not just for me but also for my children. She had so much patients, mind you my kids weren't keeping still. Of course they had happy feet and just keep moving around. Thankfully, we was the only people there during lunch time. She offered my children some goodies and they sat still. I made an appointment for 12:30 but got seen earlier. That was GREAT! She asked me what I wanted to do today, told her I'm due for an upgrade and from there she helped me out. The reps at this store are AWESOME!!! Switched my whole family over from another provider, which was quite a feat because we all didn't back up our data and didn't know our passwords...it took 3 hours with 3 reps to get everything squared away (1.5 hours after they close). Britany was working with me before we all came in to get me the best deal and to assure that I was making the right move for our family. I have a problem with my Samsung Edge 7. Went to the store talk to one of the workers ask for the manager in the manager send the worker back out because he didn't want to talk to me. Phone gets hot so he told me told me you turn off some of the apps like the GPS. Now what kind of s*** is that? Firel a manager!!! He should at least have come out to talk to me. Unfortunately, Verizon has the best coverage so I cannot leave I'm stuck with them. They can give me all the crap they want and I have to stay. read more
