Sarah was amazing! She was friendly, honest and explained everything clearly. They told us there is usually a $60 diagnostic fee for water-damaged phones, but since the damage wasn't too serious, they applied that fee toward the repair instead. They replaced the screen and the back sensor and had everything done within a few hours. I also appreciated that they didn't rush the repair. They took the time to properly dry the inside of the phone before fixing it, which gave us peace of mind that it was done right. Professional, honest and excellent customer service. They were truly a lifesaver during our trip. Highly recommend!

It's best to get some understanding of what you want before you go in, cause there's lots of options to choose from. We went in to upgrade our phone and was pleased to be served right away. Sad thing is that they don't carry inventory of phones, like before and had to place one on order. Because of their current promotions, we just had to pay taxes up front and wait for our phone to arrive. They don't print anything out anymore and email you the receipts and other paperwork. I guess better for the environment. When the new phone arrives in the mail, they will gladly service us, so we can mail back our old phones. Customer service is rated number one here, and they are very knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend this place if you want the latest phone or simply want to upgrade.

As they slowly evolved they appear to have lost sight of what matters most to their customers. Reliability and service to me are paramount. Living on the West Side there are many "Dead" spots I which you have to find a spot where you can get a signal. Yet when we travel abroad we have no problems. Only recently have I found out that in order to get a reliable signal I would have to pay a "Premium " line fee. I didn't know that in peak hours customers like myself would take a back seat to premium customers. Which means my service would downgrade to LTE while my coworker who paid for a premium line would still be on 5G. Lesson learned. Very unfortunate situation. X

Back in the day they were the designated carrier that could be counted upon in crisis situations. Very reliable service. Yes we've gone through all of their upgrades to their systems. The latest " Fiber Optics " is still full of "Bugs" that prevent the system of living up to its potential. They're switching to TiVo which means all of their customers will have to eventually switch over. Unfortunately the programming they started out with is no longer available. Your DVR is obsolete and unfortunately you'll lose all of your content. When asked they speak about Upgrading the system. But the changes have not been smooth nor seamless. We would constantly lose our connection only to watch a blank or frozen screen. Not to mention the loss of programs that they no longer do business with the parent company due to expired contracts. But yet they charge us the same price. On a positive note they're going to open a new branch in the Kamakani Ali'i Mall. Hopefully a sign of better things to come.
