    Elyssa was and is great . She got me discounts reorganized my bill without me asking to give me a discount monthly of $65 dollars a month which will be almost $800 a year I'm so grateful . She also gave me more data and free apple care and discount on my Hulu account or Disney bundle. Graciously reorganize my bill multiple times and calculate 3 different options to give me great service. I like to get the most for what I'm paying and it could seem that I'm difficult but she never change her demeanor or expression. If you want to have great service get on down to Pearl highland shopping center request for Elyssa she will make you cry with tears of joy I honor you Elyssa and your kind heart and hard work be bless for all the rest of your days with joy peace love and happiness

    Went to Verizon to up grade my I Phone 6 to a X. Sia Gi...Solution Specialist help me with my phone. Excellent customer service, He found out that the plan I had, I was paying to much for my two phones and I Pad. Adjusted my account and help me set up my phone and I Pad. Sia...Thank you for your patience and customer service. Will let my friends know who to see at Verizon. Aloha, Derek Had to go back and get a new iPad, the battery on the old iPad only lasted 1.5 hours. Verizon said it was my lucky day....Got a brand new iPad 11 Pro...No charge! Michael with his excellent customer service, help me download my old iPad into the new one, So I don't have to do it at home....I also had to buy a new charger, since the old charger didn't fit, Also got a new cover and Wi-Fi head phone too, the plug in is obsolete. Not too bad. Staff are efficient and professional. However, you have know your devices. At least the basics. For us we just wanted to switch out our old modem and router as Spectrum recommended. But with anything else we all make mistakes. I think the very first staff gave us modem and router that were not compatible. So we kept switching out the router multiple times thinking it was just that. A technician came out too but no fix. The happy ending was that we got brand new compatible modem and router. Yay! Lesson: make sure your modem and routers are compatible. You should not mix and match!

    Mixed Experience: Frustrating Wait & Rude Staff Redeemed by Eric's Exceptional Service…read more​Reading the reviews for this location, customer service and wait times are common concerns, and unfortunately, we experienced the same issues. So why the 5-star review? It comes down to one exceptional employee. ​We stopped by on Monday afternoon around 4:45 PM to troubleshoot a phone connection issue. Despite being second in the queue, we waited about 25 minutes. When it was finally our turn, an older customer cut in line to speak to Clyde. Instead of directing her to wait, he spoke with her for several minutes, delaying us further. ​When Clyde finally addressed us, his tone was dismissive and frankly rude. He annoyed asked, "Did you call the Customer Service number 601?" When we said no, he declared, "Well, we are limited in what we can do in-store as they limit us... Call 601 and see if they can help you." He made no effort to even assess the issue. Clyde, if you lack the motivation to serve customers, perhaps a front-facing customer service role is not for you. ​We called 601 and spent over two frustrating hours on the phone with a representative trying, unsuccessfully, to resolve the connection. ​The Reason for the 5-Star Rating ​During this entire ordeal, another service representative, Eric, who was already busy with his own customers, genuinely cared enough to try and help us. He masterfully juggled his primary customer and our issue without compromising service to anyone. He performed diagnostics and briefly appeared to fix the problem, though it ultimately turned out to be an issue with the phone hardware itself, not the Spectrum eSIM. ​After spending over 2.5 exhausting hours there, we were incredibly frustrated with Clyde and another indifferent worker, Noel, but deeply impressed by Eric. ​If you ever need to visit Spectrum at Pearl Highlands, ask for Eric. He goes above and beyond to provide effective help and truly models the work ethic and customer-centric traits that Spectrum needs in all of its employees. ​Mahalo, Eric.

They…read moretalk a good story but implementation and service is the worst I have experienced in 30 years in business. The call the center is in the Philippines. When you need local help you need to go through layers of "so-called" offsite help. When you need a tech to be onsite especially when doing the cutover. They told us you can do it yourselves. That didn't work and now they are sending a tech over since our phone service still doesn't work when we asked several times for a tech to be onsite. It has taken us over a month from porting to still not having phone service. Their solution is that you have to buy more services which then takes LONGER to implement. I get companies are enamored with saving money with outsourcing, but at the end you end up losing clients with the crappy service. Wake up ServPac. We are trying to help local companies, but you need to step it up!

After 4 years in their contract, we had to cut costs during this hard pandemic situation and we are down sizing and wanted to terminate the contract. But they are still asking an early termination fee over $1800. No other communication company recently is asking for a 5 year contract. It's sad... In addition, they raised the monthly fee from $136.07 on the contract to $146.31 without any notice. It is automatic pay from my checking account, so nothing I can do.

I mosrly go there for computers, camera equipment,TV's & games. I've never bought any of their home appliances, but they have a quarter of the upstairs floor of selection. The store will price match their online prices so if you don't wanna order online, you can still purchase in the store showing them the online price to get the price lowered. If you do buy online, they conveniently have pickup ready in an hour if it's available in store. They can ship to store too. I grew up in Aiea so went there for many years (especially since Circuit City closed...yes decades ago lol) so I've seen how things have changed thru the years. Currently it's easy to find a helpful employee in whichever store section you're in. They can even ring you up from those sections instead of going to the front checkout. I'm in and out quickly, able to find what I need or ask someone to help, unless I need to make a bigger or Important choice then I'll spend more time seeing my options or asking questions. Geek Squad is another issue. It can be pretty hard to make an appointment online or by calling, I find it easier to just go in the store but if there's no availability you still gotta make an appointment. As for parking, there's a whole row of handicapped stalls that are never even close to full while most costumers circle around to the next row over. There's 3 curbside order stalls on the left and more parking. To me, it's easier to park on that side if there's no open stalls in the 1st row. There's also a bench outside under a tree for shade if you're waiting. There's a pretty good auto shop (Auto Repair of Hawaii) that does safety checks if you go straight back instead of turning into Best Buy's lot.

I by passed the stacked ones and started to see the features of one when Shaun appeared and asked if I had any questions. I asked him which one was most recommended with least amount of repairs. He said LG had the best record and was the one I was looking at. I asked about a dryer but none on floor. I checked on availability and wait time. Okay, let's do this. I signed up for the reward membership and their credit card because you can get $150 back plus take 18 months to pay. Hubs wanted me to take their Visa card instead but I rather build up my airline miles on purchases. Our washer and dryer bundle should arrive and be delivered on April 11. Never knew how important these appliances were. Guess I took them for granted cuz I use them daily. Very glad Shaun was so friendly, product knowledgeable, and processed the sale so quickly. I even purchased the 5 year warranty for the coverage.
