From now on, if I'm not with a relative, I'm going to walk the long way around to avoid the AT&T salespeople. Even the word "Stop" did not change his behavior. Came here to the T-Mobile store #2878 and the reps here gladly gave us the new cards, not just for the two lines we had with us but also for two other lines that will also need to be updated. We did need to come back after a failed sim card within minutes and again they gave us another sim card no questions asked. Before even confirming whether the phone I was interested in was in stock (it wasn't), my plan was already switched over and completed. On top of that, two extra lines were added to my account without my approval, increasing my bill for no valid reason. What should have been a simple visit took nearly two hours, and I then had to spend another hour on the phone with customer service just to have the unauthorized lines removed. This felt deceptive and completely avoidable. I would strongly advise being extra cautious when dealing with this location and reviewing all changes to your account before leaving the store.
