Then with some bad luck, I accidentally dropped my phone while waiting for a new case the very next day and cracked my iPhone screen in the front. They gave me a knock off screen for a decent price. Well I left my phone there for 4 hours to have them put a genuine screen back on it and came back only to find out that they didn't have the screen available. First of all, why if the LCD Screen is not good would you put it on in the first place? He was claiming that because of the titanium around my phone, the knock of screens will sometimes not work as well. But when I come back only to find out nothing was done?!! What a waste of my gas money and time! He then said he had to order the screen and would call me today and I've received no phone call. I would not recommend this place. The service was friendly and honest. There was a very kind guy working there who speaks both English and Russian, which is a big plus for people who don't speak English very well. I simply handed over my phone without even explaining what had happened. I was pleasantly surprised by how clearly and honestly they explained the pricing system and how they diagnose the issue. Then they clearly told me what the actual problem was, explained what they did, and how they fixed it -- that was incredibly valuable to me.
