The lady said she would try and remove the item if possible if not then we might have to completely replace the piece. She said it could take about 30 minutes, she was gone maybe 5 min. As we walked around the shop there were so many cute items and offered more than just your typical phone/electronic accessories, really cute hand bag and earrings. She was able to remove the broken piece and fix the iPad. It was such a reasonable price and quick service. I believe she was the owner I would highly recommend using this business.
