I walk into this store for assistance with not receiving emails. The arrogant clerk looked me straight in the eye and said "We no longer have anything to do with tech assistance. We are only here to sell you a phone or accessories." When I mentioned I had received tech-support very recently, he said "Because I'm the only one who enforces it." I asked if I could speak to another employee or the manager, he said she would be there tomorrow. He had zero concerns about anything that I needed. Terrible customer service. I do not recommend. If you're entering Costco in Woodland CA, consider taking any aisle that avoids AT&T. Today I walked by a very aggressive salesman who was not only aggressive but harassing me as I continued to walk by. He was still yelling at me 20 feet beyond the kiosk. From now on, if I'm not with a relative, I'm going to walk the long way around to avoid the AT&T salespeople. Even the word "Stop" did not change his behavior. I think AT&T will lose more business than gain with those kinds of sales practices. I know I'm considering dropping my home AT&T internet because of today's event. Wow! They are incredibly rude at this location. (Today, 8/28/24 @ 5:40pm) I bought an iphone pro max 15, top gb, top service, everything. My order said it would be available next day. I call before heading in, and the rep said she'd gotten no orders all day. I told her it was yesterday. She said couldn't be their store, and hung up. I got the order # and called back to confirm it WAS their store. She wouldn't take my order #, and said if I bought it online, that was the issue. ALL online orders get cancelled. I said "Well then why is online even an option?" She said nothing and just transferred me to the manager, who said it got cancelled likely because of my credit. ....AGAIN... no one asked for my name or order number so how would you say that's the reason why??? I said fine, but fyi your associate is extremely rude, transferring me without saying anything, not wanting to assist or even look up my order, nothing. I would never want her working for me. The manager said "OK" even when I said this interaction right now is making me second guess buying anything with AT&T. She said "ok" again and I hung up. SO AT&T! Just know, if this store isn't making sales plan, their response is "ok" to a customer just wanting to drop over $1000 on a phone. I'd love someone to reach out to me, but I doubt anyone will. Spearhead-Woodland Harvest AT&T store is not only the worse place to by a phone but they scam you out of your money without any proof. Not only did Annie take personal phone calls during our transaction, lied about the AT&T batteries not being Lithuanian ion, and not giving the phone credit due to me instead saying at the end of the transaction oh your phone is only worth 35.00. Some how are the beginning of our conversation she said it was worth 350.00 now at the end it's only worth 35.00. Then AT&T wouldn't not honor our horrific experience only confirmed it was a crappy store. While on the phone with AT&T we and the company rep tried to call the store but with no such luck. Either it rings and rings or goes to voicemail. It was by far the worse experience I have ever been through. Do not and I repeat...do not by a phone from this 3rd party reseller. read more

We spent over 2 hours to try and remedy our issue of our trade in we shipped that has a proof of delivery only to discover the box was empty and our trade in iPhone 13ProMax was stolen! Now it has to go to claims department and good luck getting this started! We our out of the $1000.00 trade in due per the special! This feels like a bait and switch! Had an *excellent* experience at this AT&T store in Woodland: Gabriela made the process of exchanging my vintage 2014-era phone with a brand new phone very easy & efficient! (I had exchanged a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 for a Samsung S22 Ultra.) I was pretty concerned that having such an old phone would make it hard to migrate to a new phone. But Gabriela suggested a Samsung program called "Smart Switch" which transferred most of the content of my old phone to my new phone (including most programs) with remarkable effectiveness: I was amazed this was possible given the "age difference" of the phones! Gabriela also searched for every conceivable discount I could get on the new phone and my AT&T wireless plan -- and again I was surprised: I had expected this upgrade to be more expensive (I received an $800 discount after turning in my old phone, which I factory-reset to ensure all my data was removed.) I went with the 36-month payment option for the phone, which results in only a modest increase in my monthly bill. I've been exploring the new phone over the last 48 hours, and I'm totally impressed -- it is just extremely well-designed: a significant improvement over my old phone (which served me so well over about 8 years, and for which I am thankful -- I will remember it with fondness!) Thank you, Gabriela, for your extensive knowledge, professionalism, and patience in helping me get up-and-running with my new phone -- definitely over-and-above what one might expect! (I had also worked with Britteney earlier, but as I was browsing the phones, another customer came in and she had to work with him. Britteney was also very helpful. I have never in my life been treated so poorly as at this store. Purchased a New S23 ultra where the manager did an in-store transfer. I didn't use or check phone til next day. Locked out, so I returned to the store. The manager won't be back for 4 days, and no one else could help. They said they called her to see if she remembered my pw after they "looked" and couldn't find it. WTF remembered?Amanda comes out and says to me, "Don't shoot the messenger, but (my initial rep) was in the bathroom puking and the manager doesn't remember pw, so, we can't help you." I know all of this is a ridiculously crazy fairytale. I laughed and said, Just stop with this BS. She left us to go speak to the only other people in store and told us to leave. She accused me of attacking her. There was no other rep in the store because he ran to the bathroom to get sick. This was at 6:30 pm and she reminded me that they are closing. They close at 7. We would not recommend it to anyone! The service is frustrating too many dropped called, no service in a lot of areas including inside our target. Can't even txt inside . Some calls are muffled and your not able to update your phone automatically. You have to connect to your computer to do so. Oh, and we thought we'd save many by switching from Verizon, well we really didn't ,just much less for our money. read more

I stopped in about 20 minutes before close on Friday to take care of an upgrade on my phone. I have multiple lines and quite a large account so typically my experience with AT&T has been FRUSTRATING. This was the OPPOSITE! Eddie took care of me quickly, he was very pleasant to work with, he offered complimentary products, he was patient even when I was there a little after his shift was over. This store is absolutely terrible. I would give it 0 stars and write how I really feel, but that would violate the TOS. Anyway, I came in and had to wait five minutes, even though I was the only one in the store, because the manager and the other girl that was working there with her were taking selfies because "the light was perfect." I then went on to explain that I was there to turn in my phones as part of the AT&T next program. They told me they didn't do that in store. I tried to explain that I was told on the phone by someone at that store that I could just come in & they would handle that for me. She accused me of lying and started giving me an attitude as if I did something wrong when I was just trying to explain what happened. When the next service rep becomes available they help the other people because they are Spanish speaking. When we kindly asked if we were next the guy said oh well they are Spanish speaking they have to go first. First off there were multiple Spanish speaking reps its not like there was only one, and two the people were taking to the guy in english anyways! How is that fair? Seriously!!! I called from Roseville and they told me they had 3 iPad pros. Pares told me he would have one for me if I could be there in an hour. I made it in 45 minutes and was told they had an Air! I absolutely made it clear when I was on the phone I didn't want an Air. All I wanted was a Pro or a 9!! When I got there the rep told me after making me wait for 10 minutes while she went in the back came out with an Air and told me all they had was an Air! Not my idea of customer service at all!!! I would give a zero to this store if I could. I love ATT but this store sucks!! They screwed up my phone when I initially got it and it took me 3 days and a trip to Apple Store to fix it. It took me 3 hours on the phone with customer service to get my free HBO Max because the rep screwed that up too!! I would advise everyone to stay away from AT&T cell service. I am making payments on two iphones, and have been getting spotty service not only in Woodland but in Winters and Dublin. The phone story told me that all should be working fine as I live within a mile of a tower and they had no reports of trouble with them. When I called in about the poor service (two bars), I was told the tower was down due to maintenance. That was a total reversal of what the store told me. Believe me when I say, I will be going over to Verizon or another company for cell service. My advise is STAY AWAY FROM AT&T. read more

Beware! Read your contract before signing and leaving the store. Ray is a slick talker who sold me a "free iPad" with our new phone purchase. Only after receiving my bill did I learn I'm buying the iPad and incurring a new line charge. Called the store and the manager, Jacqueline, told me she would research and call me back. Two plus hours later, I called back and had to speak to Ray because manager is not available. Now I own an iPad I had no need for and only more slick sales talk in a condescending tone, as if I cannot read my bill. Will never go there - thanks management for nothing. read more

I bought a phone here. The staff was really nice. Ernesto did a fabulous job. However, when I tried to use my brand new phone, I couldn't call out on it. When I tried to get it replaced, I was told by the manager there would be a $35 restocking fee. Look, I've worked retail before, and I understand a restock fee. But you're going to charge me for a broken phone? That's redonkulous. The manager said my other option was to drive to Arden. I don't want a different service, I didn't buy a phone and then get buyer's remorse. I spent a lot of money on the phone and your "fix," is to drive to Arden, in the rain, on a Friday night. #awesome read more

My husband and I are senior citizens. We have 2 GoPhones and are happy with them. Recently I was gifted an iPhone which we used in Europe while vacationing. Yesterday we went to AT&T on East Main Street, Woodland to get US SIM Card. Jessica was very professional and tried to help us. At one point she requested her colleague, Lex to assist. Ms. Lex wanted a 'blade' to pry open the case. When I said no to the blade she thrust my iPhone to me saying "then you open it!" Though her gesture shocked me, I said Jessica could open it. She mumbled about not spoiling her nails to open the customer case! WOW! is that really AT&T 'customer service'? Jessica had already billed us for the SIM card and they both said there is no refund or transfer of amount to our GoPhone. We lost $45 and came away with an unpleasant experience. Jessica was trying to sell us DirectTV and a $100 gift voucher. I would not touch any AT&T offer with a ten-foot pole after the way we were trashed in your store. read more

Good friendly service - have purchased three phones here over the years, and am happy with the help I received.

The employee that helped us (Raj) was fantastic. He wasn't the issue at all. However, other employees there were. I had a slight issue with a tempered glass that was installed on my phone so I went back the next day and the girl said they won't do anything for me and it isn't refundable. While I was waiting for Raj to get in for his shift, the two girls working were also having conversations complaining about customers from their previous shifts (which is extremely unprofessional.) The one girl even admitted to me that multiple customers have been complaining about the tempered glass they sell (yet they refuse to refund it or pull them from inventory.) These tempered glass protectors are 50 dollars, so they aren't cheap either. Fortunately, Raj was able to help me out and took care of me. I wrote both the store manager and district manager about my experience of how Raj was great, but I had concerns with the attitudes and professionalism of other employees there, but neither wrote me back. I'm only giving this store 2 stars because of excellent service from Raj, and if you decide to go into the store, request him. read more
