He even gave me a small discount for having two phones but the best thing I like about Meddi was that he fixed my phone with the screen he had available (it was an emergency as my phone wasn't working) and he ordered the upgraded OLED screen and swapped them out when it arrived, so he did me a real solid. EMR was initially able to get the gift card out but when I got the unit home I found it was mangled on the side and didn't turn on requiring further repair. I emailed the shop and they got back to me the next day to bring it back. The employee I spoke with was very professional and offered to repair it under their warranty at no charge. I couldn't remember my PIN on my phone for some reason as I was doing some settings changes. I made sure to back everything up before putting it down and sure enough the next morning I couldn't get in. I tried working with both Samsung and ATT and got absolutely no help at all! Came in after work for an issue with my iPhone charging intermittently. The tech was able to get it diagnosed and repaired in about 20-30 minutes. The price was fairly reasonable. Their minimum fee is $40 and that was what I paid. Going to the local Apple Genius Bar would've probably cost me over $100 and I'd be without a phone for hours or more. read more

I went in the next day and was greeted by two non- mask wearing employees who tell me they don't do Groupon.
