If a business prints and mails out a coupon, they should stand behind it. This was my 2nd time trying to visit Oakberry, and honestly, it will be my last. A company that doesn't honor its own coupons is not a company I feel comfortable supporting. Terrible customer service and a very disappointing impression of this Park Royal location.
