If you've ever been in a Shoe Carnival you'll feel pretty well at home--mens on the left and womens on the right, and pay attention to the deals that may be running from the spinning wheel up front. Nothing spectacular but no issues either other than the selection -- I wear a size 15 so it's hard to find anything anyway, particularly in smaller locations where the shelf real estate is at a premium.
