I hired Booth 4 for my weeding and it was great. Kambiz did a great job. He was friendly and very great. He came in and setup without me even knowing since I was scrambling around doing other things. He follows up with you and is very professional and also simply a great down to earth man to have at your party. The prints were high quality and also getting copies of the pictures were great. My friend hired Booth 4 for her wedding this past weekend in Palo Alto. A bunch of us were having a great time at the wedding - laughing, taking photos in the photo booth, etc. We took a lot of group photos in the booth and when the size of the group got too big, we accidentally shifted the photo booth back an inch. The attendant literally SCREAMED at our group and said, "GET OUT! GET OUT!! GET OUTTT NOW!!!!!!" Big-eyed and bewildered, we immediately exited the photo booth feeling like we were children getting reprimanded by our parent. I understand he had an obligation to make sure the photo booth stayed in tact, but there is absolutely no need to SCREAM at a group of adults in their mid-30s and completely damper the mood of the wedding. The bride was also in the photo booth at the time, so to have one of her vendors demean her in front of her guests is unacceptable.You are in the service industry. You service people. Have a little more dignity in the way you speak to your customers. Their booth is also so small that any group with more than five people is considered "large." My husband who is 6'2" stood as far back in the booth as possible, and the photos still cut off his entire forehead and eyebrows. Ridiculous. This could be easily fixed if they just got a better lens. Last, the photo booth only prints ONE sheet of photos and the attendant cuts them in to two strips. The attendant REFUSED to print additional prints. For all the other weddings I've attended (including my own), attendants print as many copies as the guests request. That's called customer service. If Booth 4 wants to compete in an already saturated market, they will need to step up their game. read more

Booth 4 was a Huge Hit! We scheduled Booth 4 for my mom's 50th birthday party and everyone loved it! I don't think there was a single guest who didn't give it a try. There were tons of funky props for people to wear (hilarious after a few glasses of champagne!) and the owner did such a great job helping the guests out all night. He was incredibly charismatic and made sure all of the guests were having fun and there were no problems with the equipment. At the end of the night all of the guests were so happy to take home photos from the party and my mom was left with an incredible album filled with everyone's photos and personalized messages wishing her a happy 50th. She was so touched to have a gift like this from all of her friends, truly memories that will be cherished forever! The price seemed comparable to other photo booths we researched but we chose Booth 4 because the owner had so much energy he seemed like he would be a great hit at the party and he really exceeded expectations! Overall we were very satisfied with the service, I highly recommend choosing Booth 4! read more

They made my daughter's Quinceanera's photo booth a success from the start. Everything from planning/scheduling, to the choice of color and layout for the photo strip, and with the great props they had, everything went seamlessly! Hiring booth4 was a huge success. We hired then for our last event in March and everybody was happy. They were right on time and had all the necessary props and equipment. They gave us all the photos on a usb memory and posted them online and sent us a private link to the online album. We used Booth 4 at my son's wedding last weekend and everyone loved it. I didn't even know Kambiz had arrived and I believe the caterer must have showed him where to setup. When we were done with dinner we entered the reception room and he was already there and ready to go. He had lots of props and we decided on the backdrop instead of the booth to give us more room for group shots. All ages participated and loved it. Kambiz was very nice.
