I got there, I had help putting it in the car. So far so good! When I got home, got it out of the car, and was ready to mow I discovered it was put together wrong. When I called they said "bring it back", so with great difficulty I loaded it back in the car. I pulled up in front of the store, alas no one to help, so I got it out of the car again. In the store they didn't seem to know much, but finally figured it out. Then left me to get it BACK in the car by myself. I used to go there all the time. Something's changed.

Thanks again! ---- Original Post---- As a homeowner, my husband and I have shopped in both Lowe's and Home Depot for over 20 years. We have spent an extraordinary amount of money in both of these stores. We rarely need to make returns, but we just had a recent instance of having to return 5 bags of polymeric sand because we decided to have the job done by a contractor. I saved the receipt and my husband went to the store to return the sand. It was a VERY UNPLEASANT experience to learn that there is a 90 day window on returns (with receipt) and NO EXCEPTIONS ARE GRANTED FOR A RESELLABLE ITEM such as polymeric sand! Needless to say, we have made our LAST purchase at Lowes and I will be sharing this VERY NEGATIVE experience EVERYWHERE I can.

This Tractor Supply has many, many of the items a farmer or homeowner would need for routine…read moreoperation and maintenance. What it also has is a skeleton staff who are overworked and obviously underpaid. The register person is pretty much it for this store. She does it all. There are no other service personnel in sight. Another customer and I walked all through the building looking for assistance - what we found was a grumpy woman who we assumed worked there, as she was stocking shelves - she couldn't be bothered to help, however - she was busy. We both shrugged our shoulders and headed for Lowe's.
