I've been going to my dads CPA since I was 18 years old so it was quite difficult to make the change since I've been so loyal for 15+ years. But I was recently audited and when I had asked for help from the CPA that I've been going to since I was 18, he wasn't much help and told me if he didn't do what he did then I wouldn't get any money back. I would call him every time I would receive a new notice from the IRS, he would just tell me eventually they'll go away so just continue to send the letter I wrote for you. I eventually got fed up and asked him for an alternative solution he eventually began to ignore my calls and emails. A friend introduced me to Mark and Simonna and I told them what happened and he was happy to help me out even though he didn't do my return that year. Luckily it wasn't serious and they were only asking for a receipt. They were both super helpful and always willing to help. Their customer service is phenomenal, went above and beyond my expectations. Super friendly and very knowledgeable, so it was a no brainer for me, Modern Tax and Accounting are my go to people for my taxes and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my finances.
