Luis is also very nice and assisted me with figuring out my personal training needs. I recently started personal training with Thomas & he's great! He's very patient and has a lot of experience. Actually, everyone working the front desk are extremely nice and welcoming. However...my biggest complaint about this location is how cold it is with the large fans running overhead along with the AC. It's so uncomfortable when using the treadmill, elliptical or any of the machines (including in the private training room) it blows so hard on my face and head that by the time I'm done I have a headache and my contact lenses are stuck to my eyes because they are so dry. I have even sent in a request to the corporate office to ask if they could turn down the fans and just use the AC. This is literally the only location that has the worst indoor temperature issue. Other than that I have no other complaints. I don't use the showers so I can't really comment on that. The restrooms have been relatively clean and I always see how hard the cleaning crew works trying to keep everything tidy after people are messy. Please just fix the fan AC situation. Thank you!

The restrooms are poorly maintained, the shower heads barely produce enough water pressure to rinse off, the pool was uncomfortably warm, and the facility lacks a jacuzzi, dry sauna, wet sauna, towel service, and dedicated glute or PT areas. I'd strongly recommend visiting another location instead.

I downloaded the free one-week pass and, unfortunately, had to leave on a work trip before I could use it. I returned exactly one week later and stopped by, believing I would still be able to use the pass since I had never actually visited an EOS gym before. Instead of working with me or showing any flexibility, the supervisor, Cisco, immediately insisted that I would need to purchase a $40 day pass. When I explained that I had been out of state on business and had never used the guest pass, he claimed the computer showed that I had visited another EOS location. That was impossible, as I was in Mississippi on the date he referenced. What was most disappointing wasn't the pass issue itself--it was the way the situation was handled. There was no attempt to understand the circumstances, verify the information, or find a reasonable solution for a potential new customer. The conversation escalated to the point where Cisco stated that he was "denying me service" rather than trying to resolve what appeared to be a misunderstanding. First impressions matter, and this was a terrible one. A gym that values customer service should be willing to listen, investigate obvious discrepancies, and treat prospective members with respect. Instead, I left feeling dismissed and unwelcome. Needless to say, I won't be paying for a membership here, and I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I first tried a free class one Saturday and then signed up for a two week trial which included an orientation with a coach to understand my baseline fitness and goals and help answer any questions. After the two weeks, had a check-in with a coach to see our progress and chat through future plans for our fitness journey. The coaches and staff at TruFit are awesome and have cultivated a great community. The equipment is great (especially if you're training for HYROX, they have all the stations), the gym is clean and spacious and has an outdoor space which I appreciate so it's never stinky. I love seeing the workouts before class so I know what to expect walking in. And as someone who has zero upper body strength, I appreciate the coaches for being able to help modify the workout to my level when I struggle but also push me to get stronger.
