I've been getting botox for many years and have learned that the injections cannot be too close to my eyebrows or it causes my eyelids to droop. I told her this when I first came in. Then while she was cleaning my forehead, she was also wiping my eyebrow. I told her, "why are you wiping that area? Please, do not inject botox so close to my eyebrow, I know what I'm talking about." Did she listen or care? NO - She injected right into my eyebrow, I should have gotten up out of the chair immediately! I went back a week later to show them (the one that did injections and another lady) the poor results and they said she could inject MORE botox! Everyone knows that you cannot fix a droopy eyelid with more botox. I wanted my money back but they just offered me more injections - she obviously doesn't know what she is doing or she just doesn't care, how could I trust her to inject more?! As a result, I went on vacation looking like I had a stroke with a droopy, ugly eyelid. It almost seemed like both women were happy that I had such bad results. They tried to convince me it didn't look that bad. They totally dismissed me and my concerns. Very disturbing!

Afterwards she said it takes 5-7 treatments to see results, so the 'rescue' treatment is a bit of a ruse. 1 treatment does nothing basically so it was a waste of time and money. Finally - I googled her and she was indicted on Medicare fraud, she's no longer allowed to bill Medicare, which is why I presume she's now focusing on cosmetic procedures instead. She was nice enough, but I wouldn't go back.

I went in for that single service, which left bruising and absolutely no visible results. What followed was one of the most disturbing and unethical experiences I've had in a medical setting. After disclosing my thyroid and adrenal health issues to the provider and stating clearly I needed to consult my endocrinologist before proceeding with any treatments like Kybella or GLP-1, I was still pressured to apply for financing. I was told it "wouldn't impact my credit" and was approved for $1,500 through a third-party platform called Cherry. The next day, without receiving any further services or signing off on anything, I was charged the full $1,500. When I asked for a receipt, I was ignored. Then someone impersonating the doctor (later admitting he was not her) messaged me, claimed I had already received injections, and still failed to send a receipt. They even created a second $200 Cherry plan just because I asked for documentation. I never received the promised six rounds of Kybella. I never received a single GLP-1 shot. Yet they submitted documentation claiming I did. This is now part of an active complaint with the Michigan Attorney General (ID: 2025-cp04171602666-A) and a BBB case (ID: 23078032), which the business has refused to respond to. I have screen recordings, medical lab results from Henry Ford Health, and full documentation of the deception -- all of which I've shared with investigators. To this day in May 2025, I still have not gotten a receipt.

I thought I found my new go to pedicure salon after my first visit, but I will never go back after…read moremy second visit. I arrived five minutes early for my appointment. When I checked in, I was told to go pick out a nail color for my pedicure. While looking at the colors, I picked up a couple bottles to compare the colors and a technician came over and said that they don't allow customers to touch the bottles of nail polish. This was my second time here and I've been to a few different salons and this is the first time I've been told that. The pedicure started 10 minutes late and the technician was rough and unfriendly. During the pedicure, she was aggressively picking at my cuticles with the trimmers leaving red spots around several toe nails for hours after my appointment. She was also rough with the filing, often catching other toes while filing the nail. During the leg and foot massage I continued to flinch and tense up but she did not change her pressure, instead telling me to relax. The following day I had a bruise on one shin and a line of soreness on the other. The nail polish on my toes turned out very nice, but the whole experience was unpleasant and left me sore and bruised.
