Avoid this company if at all possible. I was in an auto accident with a driver insured by them. I called almost daily trying to get the process moving toward getting my car repaired. EVERY TIME I call, the person "handling" my account is in a meeting, or moving offices, or on another call. They do not call back, after promising that they will. Horrible way to do business. read more

Was rear ended by an 18 wheeler and the claims agent told me I had to provide every bit of information on the driver of the semi company. How does one find this information? After this I obtained the police report and emailed to them and Amanda Rico still refused to submit the claim. Asked to speak with manager and was told she was the manager. Contacting a lawyer at this point avoid this place at all cost I have never had to deal with a headache like this. read more

I asked for umbrella coverage on my policy because my customers must have. I was told it will be added after the auto is bound. It was never added and 6 months later my customers a very upset.I have been trying to get it added for 2 months now and they still have not finished. This is the worst service I have ever seen with an agent. Stay away Cann TEX CAZ and ask them to refer you to a good agent. read more

We starting using this company a year ago after my broker sold company. We are a trucking company needing to hire drivers and when it takes over a week to run a driver thats a joke. All other companaies do this in one day. I have emailed President with no reply when needing help. This company would be great if they would respond. We tried to add GL to policy and that was a 3-6 monthe ordeal that never got done. Took GL to another company because mine expired. Need quick response's go somewhere else that will not happen here. read more

I have NEVER encountered customer service this horrible...anywhere, ever. Their driver hit my car…read morein November '25...it's now January 31 and I finally received the payment (of under 2k on a car they deemed totaled). They don't return calls until you leave dozens (no exaggeration) of voicemails. Their claims adjusters are rude and do their best to speak extremely fast and unintelligibly. I had to report them to the department of insurance to finally get a call back (after which they dropped the ball again). They guessed my car's mileage, never requested it and were 20k high, I had to send them time stamped photos of the odometer which they claimed they didn't receive, I had to send three times. Same with comps they requested after I disputed the value they placed on my car. Before the accident I had a mechanically sound/physically perfect car. It's an old car but it had nothing wrong with it. They gave me less than 2k...in no way enough to find a car in the same condition (or in ANY drivable condition). I wound up having to shell out 8k to get a used car. Absolutely corrupt, inept, disdainful - there was not a single person I spoke with who displayed any interest in helping me, it's as if they're trying to be rude to make you give up. Sadly, none of us have a choice if we're in an accident and the at-fault driver has this insurer. TLDR - they're horrible, keep a close record of how many calls you had to make and document everything. Be prepared for a very bumpy ride (or no ride at all when they're done with you). They shouldn't be allowed to do business.

Very friendly and helpful when I had to go back later in the year with questions. And you that don't like showing your ID to complete the process WHY. We needed a place to get our taxes done last minute due to my husband's work schedule he was never…read moreoff in time. We had previously gone to another business and they messed our file up so we decided to go to professionals. I did a quick Google search for tax services in my area. Rose's popped up. Being in El paso I thought it said Roas's not Rose's like the actual flower. We had an appointment set for 6pm, I had called earlier that day to see if they had any openings for earlier since our kids would be in school we wouldn't have to bring them. They were booked solid but were very nice about it. We kept our appointment time at 6pm and bought our 15 month old. Apon walking in I was hesitant to bring in his stroller because i didn't know what the space was like, but after deciding to bring it We walked in the door to a lovely and spacious set up. We were greeted by the lovely receptionist (i did not catch her name) I was instructed to sign in and have a seat. We were informed about 2 mins later that our tax preparer was just about done and she would be with us soon. They had a t.v in the waiting area and 4 comfortable swivel black chairs. We watched some animal planet which my 15 month old loved. About about 7-10 mins we were seated with Beverly. She was a sweet woman and before she got to work she greeted us and our little man. After that she got straight to work. My son was a little fussy half way through and the only gentleman in there started distracting him for me while i looked for his food. Got a little flustered and everyone in there informed me that they have kids and the little crying didn't bother them. That instantly set me at ease. Found his banana and he was a happy camper. She did our taxes and in about 45 mins we were done. Everyone in there was absolutely amazing. We would definitely come back here vs H&R block next year. Thank-you.
