Thankfully, I found Richard through Yelp--and what a blessing that turned out to be. He is incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly knows his craft. He took the watch apart and walked me through each component, even showing me the exact part that was broken. That level of transparency really gave me confidence. It took about a week to get my watch back since he had to order the part, but the pricing was very reasonable, and I honestly feel like I got a great deal. He found a new quartz movement, and replaced it, at a very reasonable price. Now this Movado watch works. Movado, official site, does not sell the quartz movement. Next time, a watch needs a battery replacement work, I will bring it to Francisco.

This was a little present from my husband as a push present so my husband wanted me to really think about how I was going to go about it so I won't end up regretting my decision. Max and I talked about pros and cons and he also gave me a pretty good quote. I ended up getting the "toi et moi" ring done which means "you and me" in French. I haven't seen anyone around me who wears this kind of ring design so I was excited to have a pretty unique ring. The job took a little over 2 weeks to be completed but I didn't mind as it didn't take that long and wanted it to be perfect. I'm pretty impressed with how professional everyone is at Kenny G Elk Grove and they are also friendly and welcoming! I never feel intimidated when I come here (unlike other jewelry stores). Even though I've only worked with Don and Max so far, I know that everyone here is very friendly and supportive of their customers' decisions.
