25/10! Leo may be a little brusque but has a soft hand with precious jewelry. I brought in my grandmother's 60+ year old diamond nest earrings for a stem repair and cleaning. My gramma said I should always wear diamonds when doing any housework - and I wanted to but these needed a good dose of TLC. I dropped them off to Leo at 10am and had them back in my hands by 430p. This man is very kind and an expert at what he does. He is so reasonably priced too! I had recently broke the silver cross pendant that hold my mother ashes within it. Not the actual cross but the loop at the top where the necklace slides through. Many friends I asked for recommendations all said him and I now see why. This place is God awful. Do not buy anything from them. First the owner charged my card $4,300. And thas not a typo. I had a $200 Layaway and was charged $4,100 extra. I had to wait 2 days to get my money back. My internet, cell phone, and my car note charged me fees that Leo Jewelers would not cover even though it was their fault. I paid all these late fees for their mistake. Then they refused to give me my layaway money back. Do not ever shop there. They basically stole my money. If you need jewelry or a watch repaired, this is your place. I needed a bail repaired that attaches a cross to a necklace and was having a hard time finding somewhere to take it. When I came across Leo's I couldn't believe the reviews. I decided to make the drive which was definitely worth it. Leo ended up repairing the bail and loop at the top of the cross in an hour which is what he promised. The price was reasonable and I couldn't be more happy with the repair.
