What that translates to is an instructor that pays attention and catches your mistakes early, which is much better than spending 10x as much time fixing them down the road. If you want to learn to fight, whether for self defense or recreation this is a great place to go. Come prepared to commit to 2 or 3 days of training a week no matter what. If you're a beginner to Muay Thai, you may want to start out with the Kickboxing classes and switch to Muay Thai after you feel comfortable with the basic strikes. If fitness is your main goal, you may want to stick with Kickboxing and give the Combat Cardio classes a try as well. Overall, this is the best I could have hoped for from a Muay Thai school. I plan to stick with it for a long time. The schedule is available on request from their website and they won't pester you with tons of marketing and spam.
