I've been to other therapy businesses, where patients were nothing more than an assembly line of people doing exercises. The therapists would have 2-3 people at once. So they would give two exercises while they did something with the other and rotate around. So you weren't given full attention to make sure the exercises were being done correctly or if they were a benefit to the patient. This doesn't happen at PT One, as you look around during your exercises, you have a therapist watching your muscle movements, making sure it's doing what it should and not causing pain - and you can see the other therapists treating their patients in the same manner. I highly recommend Physical Therapy One if you need PT to overcome an injury.

They also showed me stretches and exercises I could do at home to ease the pain. All the staff there is extremely friendly and their therapists really know what they're doing. I would highly recommend to any one with any sort of injury or problem to go to Physical Therapy One.
