The local site canceled the account but refused to issue a refund. I escalated to corporate, where I was told my concern was forwarded to management. After that, I received no follow-up despite multiple attempts over several months. What's especially frustrating is that the membership is marketed as "unlimited is unlimited," yet I was told my past usage (tracked via license plate) was used as a reason to deny service. That limitation was never clearly explained. At this point, it's less about the $39.99 and more about the lack of transparency and follow-through. If someone from Tommy's Express would like to resolve this, I'm happy to update this review.

We have found the ultimate place for a great detail job! I currently drive a black diesel dually truck and it is extremely hard to get it to shine and be as clean as I want it to be. When we first tried exclusive auto detailing, they knocked it out! My truck has never looked so good. Other detail shops just weren't getting it clean, and the inside wasn't up to par either. The owner Jeff makes it look better than the day it rolled off the lot. We also have two little kids, and they destroy my wife's car. Steam cleaners are NEVER emptied resulting in black dirty water sitting in the tanks for days making the shop smell horrible. Carl tells new employees to lie to any inspector or insurance agent that comes to the shop stating that they just started that day. Employees work like slaves 6 days a week accumulating 60 hours in a week only to make $30 a car.
