The wait for that appointment was 3 weeks which is difficult when driving a damaged car. I was informed by the employee that looked over our vehicle that he would get the quote together and send it to my email address. I checked my emails daily and that quote never materialized! After a couple weeks I called and informed the receptionist, who said she would relay my message. It has now been 5 days shy of a month since I was told I would receive that quote and it has still not materialized! Why would one trust this Company with the actual repair, when they have not kept their word or been trustworthy regarding your estimate? This has so hindered the process of my being able to get this bodywork done!!! This amount of disregard and disrespect coming from a business is really inexcusable! He said it was an accident. Sorry. I called East Auto Ship Immediateky. Of course claims was closed (Friday afternoon) they would reach out on Monday. THEY DID NOT. After chasing them for a few days (5!) and sharing photos I got a response that it was an accident and there is nothing they or the driver can or would do. See the pictures attached.
