My wife and I have had an excellent experience with laundry pickup and delivery from Boro Park wash center. After booking the first time through their website, we got to know Stanley, who has been the one doing pickups and deliveries. He gave us his cell number so we could coordinate pickup and drop-off by text. Stanley has been great to work with -- super professional and more accommodating of our crazy schedule than he really needed to be. I love how easy it is to get in touch with him, he's a clear communicator, and always shows up right when he says he will. I also like that they accept payments by PayPal. Worst customer service I've ever had!!! Last Friday night I went there for self-service laundry, and realized I don't have enough quarters and one-dollar bills for the machine to exchange the quarters. Luckily I found 20 dimes in my purse, then I went to the mid-aged shop keeper, asked her if I can exchange my 20 dimes to 8 quarters, she just looked at me blankly and said "No exchange!", even I said several "please", she just doesn't care at all, she even told me to "go to other stores to get your quarters, and I DON'T CARE if you go to other laundromat" What?! Are you kidding me? Just 20 dimes for quarters! I'm not giving you 20 dollars bill for exchange! What's more, that was Friday night, she was not busy at all! Such arrogant attitude and poor customer service should be stopped! read more

With laundromats and dry cleaning services available on what seems, every NYC corner these days, I'm picky with where I leave my clothing and in whose possession it's left with. After all, we spend good $ to buy good quality clothing - why leave it to chance? Boro Park Wash has been a staple in this Brooklyn hood for decades and for good reason. Every time I visit, it's been super busy, but still manages to deliver what matters to me at heart. Washed and good smelling laundry. I almost want to throw my clothing on the table and roll around in it, but I probably would not be allowed back. Their dry cleaning service is fast and efficient and Stanley is professional and courteous. Reasonably price drop off service. Clothes were washed well so with that worth repeat service. The only issue is would have preferred a bit more softner smell and the fold job. The fold job always seemed like things was one fold short of that makes sense - like fold wise it's not practical to store them that way. You have to fold again to get them in the dresser. read more

Great, attentive service. Got my clothes washed here a few times on my busiest weeks and it was well done. One time I accidentally placed a dry-clean only pair of pants in the mix and I was called and asked if I would like to send it to the cleaners. When I came to pick up my laundry, there was my wonderful pair of pants hanging neatly and dry-cleaned! Otherwise when I do the laundry myself, I find the place very convenient and well-organized with plenty of room to washy my stuff alongside all the other customers. I highly recommend. read more

I have used a couple other laundry pick-up/delivery services and Boro Park Wash Center has proven to be superlative in every aspect. They are fast, their pricing is very reasonable, my 2 large bags of laundry returned to me within several hours smelling fresh, clean and folded very well, and Stanley, who picked up and delivered my laundry, proved himself to be very friendly, courteous and professional from the phone to the front door. I had my blankets washed beautifully and delivered nicely. This was in March. I had my laundry picked up and delivered the past week. The clothes were well washed, smelled delicious, nicely folded and the people were kind and nice. I usually wash my own clothes but my machine was broken. I called at around 12pm and spoke to a gentlemen named Stanley. In addition to being very professional, he had my clothes picked up within 35 minutes and dropped back off a few hours later. Everything was folded, separated and clearly treated with care. The price was very reasonable. I am very satisfied with the service and with treatment I received from Stanley. Best laundromat I ever used. Pick up service is excellent, and you can pay with PayPall or credit card, which helps a lot when out of cash. Stanley is always on time and quick turnaround time. read more
