Overnight guy's english is a bit tough sometimes but if you need assistance, he will help. I like the machines here because each cycle spurts out a good amount of water and it feels like it cleans/rinses my laundry well. I've been to others and they either have a shorter cycle or the water is just not enough. I love their pre-wash option so if you want a longer cycle that needs cleaning, this is the way to go! It's best to come at odd hrs of the night if you want to get your laundry done and avoid the crowd. Just be careful because it is a desolate area. So if you drive, you're fine. Dryers are a quarter for 8 mins of dry time w/ 3 lvls of heat. There is a vending machine for soda, snacks, and a lil arcade game where you can grab a plush toy for your kiddo. Masks are required here and social distancing stickers are on the floor to remind us to SD. If you need a bathroom, ask for the key. But you must be a patron.

Not having that much time to wait, I came to this laundry mat and dropped off my bag of laundry at around 4 pm and it was ready at 7:30 pm. I got a call that it was done which was nice so I didn't have to guess whether or not it was ready( as some other places don't call). My clothes smell great and we're folded and packed nicely. It is only 65 cents a pound which is a very fair price. The lady's working in there are very friendly and I will definitely be coming back!

The touch screen machines here are an upgrade for me. Dryers are fast too and they have a cool down built in feature so your clothes dont come out piping hot and cools as you fold. Not much else in this area other than deli, but fun 99¢ stores around! There's claw machine and a vending machine for snacks and drink as well as bathroom inside. There is a giant machine for your load ! $20. They have small medium and large loads, $6 range to $14. Cost around $20 for a small load of wash and dry for me this time. Since they are new, they leave customers be (not as friendly) but focus on their work. Place was empty when I arrived (9:10am) and they are already busy with drop off services. A customer came in shortly after I filled some machines. Social distancing at its best. Time will tell if they are just as clean as the old management. Also, the old management was too busy and sometimes unaware/lax about face mask coverings. I seen more than a few customers enter without masks; I usually inform the staff who tell them to wear masks or give out free disposable face masks. I hope this new management will be diligent in making sure all customers enter with face masks and continue to wear it covering both the nose & mouth. My family's been coming to this laundromat for years (every Saturday night) and we've always had a relatively positive impression - we were happy with free dry after midnight and various deals during the year. We tell all our relatives in the area and urge them to go. My dad's the one that goes to do the clothes after midnight and he always shares any problems he encounters. Nothing big has ever happened before--a few times the cycle time was 10 minutes below the regular cycle time, or clothes has come out soapy. Employees cooperated and gave him another wash. Our family's positive impression of this laundromat changed completely on 5/28/2016, a saturday night. As my dad took out the clothes from the washing machine, he felt pressure. Something was stuck. He immediately consulted the employee on shift. The employee found out that the sleeves of my mother's North Face down jacket was stuck in one of the drainage holes. The employee pulled the jacket out causing a hole in the jacket. No managers were present at the time, so the employee offered $10 store credit at first, increasing to $30 later. Obviously, my dad refused--the retail price was over $200! The employee says the insurance company will take care of everything and compensate us, so my dad left the jacket at the store and headed home. Suzanne, the manager called me the next morning saying the laundromats not responsible for any damaged clothing and that she's only able to offer store credit. I asked her about the insurance company, and she replied saying they don't have an insurance company because the company was bought by someone else??? It doesn't matter!! You are a big company with stores all over NY. Putting your machines out means they are safe for customers to use. Just one sentence saying it's company policy that customers are fully responsible for their own clothing and we should use machines at our risk is NOT OKAY. Mike, (a higher manager i'm guessing?) spoke to me today and says the technicians checked the machines and nothing is wrong with it. That's absolutely bullshit because if there was nothing wrong with it then why would my mother's jacket sleeve just so happen to get stuck?? He says we might have not checked our clothes or the machines before we started our wash. We take care of our clothes. Before clothes go in the laundry bag, my dad checks all pockets to make sure theyre empty. Before putting clothes in each machine, we spin the spinner a full circle to make sure no foreign objects are in there from the previous wash. We take all necessary precautions so we don't damage our clothes!!! It's such a pity that I have to write this poor review because we've been going here for YEARS. We will no longer use this laundromat and will tell our family and friends not to risk their clothes here either.

Ive used his pick up and delivery service off and on for almost half a year. The past two times…read morehave been a complete nightmare. First, he lost a bathing suit bottom that cost me $40. Offered no compensation. Just an apology that it wouldn't happen again. I sucked it up and used him again as he's the only service in the area that does pick up and delivery. This time was a huge difference. He admitted to bleaching my sheets. Blaming his "new girl". Then I opened my blankets. They stunk. He proceeded to tell me I'm supposed to open the bags to let them air dry meanwhile ive used his service before and never needed to do this. He then admitted again new girls mistake. I requested reimbursement for the sheets that were bleached. He said no only a discount for future. I then noticed a bunch of stains on my very expensive limited edition skims shorts. He proceeded to tell me I need to take better care of my clothes. I gave him that item barely even dirty. I wore it for one second and will even show the court i recently purchased it. Its obviously a fabric softener stain. I dont give him fabric softener or bleach for my clothing. It looks like someone ran in over with a truck. As seen in attached photos, you can see the child that is running this business. I'm now taking him to small claims court because he doesnt want to offer any reimbursement for his mistakes and even laughed at me and told me I'm not his son or brother which was completely irreveleant and decides to laugj at me. Very immature. This kid is about 25 years old and has no idea how to run a business, let alone speak to customers. His own workers told me hes a partier that doesn't wake up until 12pm everyday. Doesn't know how to run a company and will ruin your clothes. Even if you do the wash yourself, they do not rinse the machines prior to your next wash and your clothes can be ruined with bleach and he wants no responsibility even though admits fault through text and his policy on his receipt ensures reimbursement. Stay away from this laundromat. The child is immature and will never help you with any mistakes his business makes. Screenshots to show immaturity and pictures to show damage he did to my clothing. Sheets cost $119. Shorts were $54. Stay away from this laundromat unless you want your clothes lost, ruined and smelly and offered a discount for future use.
