I called ahead of our visit for an appointment and when we walked in, Mary checked us in and helped my mom find a wig. They have all shapes and sizes and colors. If a particular wig wasn't in the particular color you want, they can order it for you. Prices were reasonable and Mary did a great job fitting my mom with the perfect wig she was looking for. I'd highly recommend this wig shop as they were fantastic with my mom and very helpful in finding what she needed.

She said we would have to custom order it to make it into my hair color. I would have to spend about $750 on a wig before being able to see one in my color. I also knew they carried black wigs because the lady next to me were being shown them. For the lady next to me, her hairdresser was asking questions to her, making her feel comfortable and making sure everything she tried on was ok, while mine did the opposite. I was there for less than 10 minutes and they told me to pay $25 for the consultation fee that they never even specified to me. This is the first time I've been to a wig shop. I was so nervous and my nerves have gotten even worse while I was there. They even told me that they do not take any measurements either. They were all way out of my price range. I am practically in tears right now. I will not stop into this wig shop ever again. Once I step into stores I wonder if I will be treated like all the other customers because of how short and young looking I look. I'm in my 40s. Now I know I will not be treated the same. I'm never coming here again. I did notice a trend when I walked in there. The older ladies who were shopping around and having wigs put on them were treated much more nicely than someone like me.

My results from the procedures with Dr. Cole have exceeded my expectations…read more I list my hair starting at about age 28, and I decided to address my hair loss at age 50. My family has severe hair loss so I preferred to wait until I was over age 40 to evaluate whether hair restoration was a possible option for my genetics. My research was simple. I looked in search engines for the "best hair restoration doctors in the world," and Dr. Cole consistently came up as top 10 , and he was domestic ( my decision was not want to travel internationally for this procedure ). While researching Dr. Cole I was impressed that he does all the procedures himself and also invented many of the instruments in the hair replacement industry. I found the staff friendly and supportive during my consults (mine were done virtually as COVID was still a thing. I chose the CRP plasma treatment along with the procedures for the best chance of success. My first procedure was a little over 4000 grafts, and Dr. Cole focused more on the front half of my head. He told me that he did not do as much in the back-crown as he was hoping I may respond well in the crown area to the topical propecia / minoxidil script he was writing as well as supplements. In the year after the procedure, I did respond , but not as well as expected, so Dr. Cole ordered a a special genetic test to make my script even more precise and I had my second procedure one year later (about 2500 grafts) which filled in the back and some parts of the front hairline. I'm more than happy with the results of this procedure and it has far exceeded what I was expecting from hair replacement. I am now trying more edgy styles like skin fades and plan to grow my hair longer - which is super exciting. I also got back to the gym and lost 25 pounds, so I look and feel like a whole new man. Dr. Cole did strongly advise that I use the suggested supplements and medications to support the hair growth and to decrease any chance of future miniaturization of hair follicles and I am glad that I have followed his plan 100%. I cannot thank Dr Cole enough for taking away the consistent sadness that I experienced about my receding hairline. For me, hair loss made me depressed, and if it makes you sad, just keep in mind that hair transplant is definitely a safe solution for many people that can help you move on in life and feel happy and confident again. I am so satisfied that I found Dr. Cole. His dedication to the art as well as the science of hair restoration is evident in my results and in my confidence.

"I rarely leave reviews, but I felt I needed to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. This was by far the worst customer service and consultation experience I've ever had. As an African American man, I would not recommend this clinic to anyone with Afro-textured hair. Before coming here, I had already consulted with other hair transplant doctors, and they consistently estimated my procedure would require approximately 1,500-2,000 grafts. However, this clinic initially told me they could achieve my goals with only 600-900 grafts. Once I arrived 6/2026, the story changed, and I was told I needed significantly more grafts. That lack of consistency made me feel like I had been misled. The salesperson told me one thing before my appointment, but once I got there, everything changed. It felt more like a sales tactic than an honest consultation. The doctor was also rude and dismissive. He talked over me instead of listening to what I wanted and seemed more interested in doing the procedure his way rather than understanding my goals. He even criticized a photo I sent of my hair and told me I "didn't know how to take a picture," which I found unprofessional and disrespectful. They claim to have experience with Afro-textured hair, but I saw very little evidence of it. Most of the before-and-after photos I was shown were of white male patients. If you're Black and considering a hair transplant, I strongly encourage you to find a clinic with extensive, documented experience treating African American hair and a portfolio that reflects that experience. A hair transplant is a major investment, and you deserve honesty, respect, and clear communication. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here."

After my transplant with Dr. Ballon, my receding hairline was gone, but no one guessed that I had had the surgery. My own MOTHER asked if I had lost weight, but didn't guess that I had a new head of hair. When I look at before and after photos, the difference is amazing, yet there's no straight lines or graft clumping that can often give away that a procedure has been done. I now have a head of hair that I can comb and style (I recently changed my "look" - there's now enough hair to do that!), and makes me look ten years younger. During the entire process, pre-op, during the procedure, and post op, Dr. Ballon was available, focused, supportive, and gave the kind of patient, authoritative advice that inspires confidence. He's the only guy I would ever use.

I…read morewas incredibly nervous and hesitant about making this investment, but I'm so glad I decided to move forward. I received the Exosomes treatment at Dr. Anderson's office, paired with a daily topical Finasteride solution. The photos below show the remarkable progress I've made over just six months. I made it a priority to use the Finasteride solution diligently every day following the Exosomes treatment. To enhance absorption, I also used a derma needle stamp on my scalp once a week. This combination has yielded fantastic results. This was my first-ever procedure of this kind, and naturally, I was very anxious at the beginning. I conducted extensive research, and a friend of mine who had received PRP treatment from Dr. Anderson strongly recommended his practice. After consulting with several other clinics in the Atlanta area, it was clear that Dr. Anderson's office offered the best combination of expertise, cost, and care. The entire staff at Dr. Anderson's clinic was incredible--kind, supportive, and extremely knowledgeable. I worked closely with Matt, who guided me through the preliminary process and helped me decide on the right treatment plan. His assistance was invaluable in making an informed decision. Dr. Anderson himself took the time to meet with me several times, ensuring I felt comfortable and confident about the next steps. This level of collaboration and attention made me feel like I was in excellent hands. The procedure itself took about an hour. While there was some discomfort, the numbing process made it manageable, and my recovery was quick--just one day of mild tenderness in my forehead. After that, I was symptom-free. Given the incredible results, the procedure was well worth it. When comparing costs and expertise across providers in the Atlanta area, Dr. Anderson's clinic stood out as the best value. Unlike other clinics, where I felt rushed or uninformed, Dr. Anderson and his team made it a point to educate me on every aspect of the process. This was an out-of-pocket expense, which I usually avoid in favor of insurance-covered treatments, but the cost and flexible payment options made it affordable. I genuinely feel that Dr. Anderson's practice prioritizes patient care and results over profit. What made this experience most enjoyable was the education and support I received throughout the process. While many clinics offer similar treatments, the seamless functionality and professionalism of Dr. Anderson's practice truly set it apart. I highly recommend Dr. Anderson and his team and plan to return for additional follow-up treatments

Everything went well, no complications or surprises. I credit Dr. Anderson and his team for this. Two years ago I decided to get a transplant. After doing my research and meeting with a few doctors and the national transplant centers, I chose Dr. Anderson. I was impressed with an abundance of information I received during my initial consultation with the Doctor and the patient coordinator. During the process leading up to the surgery, I was kept informed of what to expect and was invited to contact Dr. Anderson or his team anytime I had questions. After the procedure, the follow up continues with phone calls and appointments. I was given a day to day plan. This included what to do for the treated area, daily instruction for washing the wound to protect the follicles, and how to administer the medications. I was surprised that I experienced very little pain. The most discomfort was from having to sleep in an upright position for a few nights. Overall, after ten days things were getting back to normal. It took about six months to see some benefit from the first transplant. I'm expecting the same result from my recent procedure. I started this journey with much apprehension. However, my experience was positive, both times. I never felt abandoned or having to go through a hard sales pitch. Dr. Anderson and his team were always professional and concerned for my well being.

After extensive research and consultations with my primary physician, the Anderson Center consistently stood out as one of the most trusted options, largely because their team consists of actual doctors and surgeons. I initially came in convinced that FUE was the right choice for me, but Dr. Wetzel and Matt thoroughly explained why FUT would deliver better long-term results for my specific situation. I'll admit I was hesitant, the thought of dealing with potential for a more involved recovery and leaving a scar gave me pause. However, their patient and thorough explanations put my concerns to rest, and by the day of my procedure, I felt confident and at ease. The staff was professional and reassuring throughout, the facility was top-notch, and the post-operative instructions were clear and easy to follow. True to everything they prepared me for, my recovery went exactly as expected. Dr. Wetzel even shared his personal cell number for any questions, and on the few occasions I reached out, he responded almost immediately. Now, three months out, I can already see meaningful regrowth in the target areas, and the results I hoped for are beginning to take shape. I'm also looking forward to my upcoming PRP treatment as the next step in my hair restoration journey. If you're on the fence about hair restoration or simply looking for the right provider, I cannot recommend Dr. Wetzel and the Anderson Center highly enough.

I started with special shampoos and conditioners, followed by organic oils and did not see any progress. Finally, I decided to begin researching hair transplant clinics and doctors. The Anderson Clinic was highly regarded from online reviews and after a very transparent and personal virtual consultation with Matt at Anderson Clinic, it was clear who I needed to trust to help me find a solution for hair loss. Immediately (approx. one day) after letting Matt know I was choosing to move forward with a hair transplant (FUE), I received a personal phone call from Dr. Wetzel who was extremely knowledgeable and patient with all of the questions I had. Though FUE is a premium compared to an FUT procedure I truly felt FUE was the best long-term fit for me as I wanted minimal scarring given my history of enjoying a short haircut style. Day of operation came and some of the initial things Dr Wetzel will work with you to do pre-op is the before photographs of your hair, the shaving of your head to optimize him and his staff ability to extract follicles, and then the designing or outline of your desired hairline which is carefully crafted to be natural. Day of procedure I was in office for 8 hours approximately for a Medium hair restoration procedure (2200-2300 grafts). The next morning, I woke up and went back to the office for complimentary hair wash and red-light treatment - a fantastic decision if you have the time to do this. The hair follicles are very fragile in the first 48-72 hours, so those next few days are crucial for following the discharge instructions. I would highly recommend Dr Wetzel and the team at Anderson clinic. I have heeded their advice and am taking finasteride daily as well as wearing a medical grade red-light hat to primarily prevent and/or slow down any further hair loss.
