I am now forced to live with this and pay even more money to get it taken off. She guaranteed that it would look completely natural, when the contract that was signed stated that the practitioner is not responsible for the quality of the interpretation of the tattoo, implying that there is a chance it could look terrible. $4,000 was given to her to complete this. It was a waste of my time and certainly a waste of my money. She does not deserve a penny of it for the extremely poor quality of the job, and how I was treated when asking questions. The dots are too large and the wrong kind of ink was used. The hairline all over is extremely straight and unnatural. I consulted His Hair Clinic and Scalp Aesthetics for a review of this job. Both of these companies are well-established and reputable and stated that this procedure is clearly not passable, and is pathetic in how it was outlined. She refused to give me a refund. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of going to Atlanta Hair Replication Specialists, anticipating being able to pass this off as a fine-looking buzz cut. Make sure you are going to a company that has videos of those that have received it and do everything in your power to research the legitimacy of the business and of the models you are seeing. Also be sure there is a full staff you can consult with in person before you sign any papers. The Anderson Clinic was highly regarded from online reviews and after a very transparent and personal virtual consultation with Matt at Anderson Clinic, it was clear who I needed to trust to help me find a solution for hair loss. Immediately (approx. one day) after letting Matt know I was choosing to move forward with a hair transplant (FUE), I received a personal phone call from Dr. Wetzel who was extremely knowledgeable and patient with all of the questions I had. Though FUE is a premium compared to an FUT procedure I truly felt FUE was the best long-term fit for me as I wanted minimal scarring given my history of enjoying a short haircut style. Day of operation came and some of the initial things Dr Wetzel will work with you to do pre-op is the before photographs of your hair, the shaving of your head to optimize him and his staff ability to extract follicles, and then the designing or outline of your desired hairline which is carefully crafted to be natural. Day of procedure I was in office for 8 hours approximately for a Medium hair restoration procedure (2200-2300 grafts). The next morning, I woke up and went back to the office for complimentary hair wash and red-light treatment - a fantastic decision if you have the time to do this. The hair follicles are very fragile in the first 48-72 hours, so those next few days are crucial for following the discharge instructions. I would highly recommend Dr Wetzel and the team at Anderson clinic. I have heeded their advice and am taking finasteride daily as well as wearing a medical grade red-light hat to primarily prevent and/or slow down any further hair loss.

During my follow-up appointment, Dr. Payman gave me a list of bizarre and pseudoscientific explanations for my bad result that made zero sense. These included that I'd lost 2 pounds (how could this make my face look heavier?!?), that I had an undiagnosed autoimmune condition (what?), that I needed to eat a low-salt diet, and that my lip filler had migrated (which I guess somehow made my jaw look swollen?). There were about 20 others...Anything to avoid acknowledging that the obvious problem was in one area: the area that she had injected. Finally, the whole clinic experience is super unprofessional. It feels like it's thrown together as someone's hobby rather than a serious business. Nobody answers the phone during open hours. During my second appointment, I waited for over an hour by myself in an exam room for a single sculptra vial. Dr. Payman didn't give an explanation for the delay.
