The employees are always very friendly, and sometimes have their charming pups hanging out in the store. If you haven't tried their food they will give you a free pound of dog food, or a small bag of cat food for your pet to try. Of course my Great Dane (who is a super picky eater) loved their food more than any other food she's ever had! Their prices are quite a bit higher than any other dry pet food ($2.50-$2.95 lb for dogs and $2.25-$2.95 for cats) - I might be a little off on those prices, but it's something like that. They do offer a discount if you buy over 20 pounds of cat food or 55 lbs of dog food. My cat eats their food exclusively, but I supplement my dogs normal food with just a bit of their dog food as a treat. For me the price is just too high to feed a large dog, although I wholly believe they have a great product. They also offer free delivery to anywhere in the Salt Lake valley area (I'm not sure what the minimum purchase is).

I have used the text number and don't get a response. Recently we had a sick dog and the bill was over $700. They charge a hefty office visit for each dog on top of the tests, shots or any other services even if they are all brought in together. One medication was 2 pills for over $30. To sum it up, they charge high end fees for an office that can't answer the phone so I'm looking at my options.

I took her in to get sewn up again ... and they recharged me $85 ... when I complained the doctor said to take $10 off ... she kept bleeding and they said it was because she was still going into heat ... I took her to Brookside and the first thing they did was a blood test ... and immediately put her on medication ... which saved her life ... the doctor said she would not have lived much longer if I hadn't taken her in ... she lived another 13 years ... because I got her away from Lemmons ...

They explained the process, what to expect and what would happen after. When our sweet girl passed, we were left in the room to say our goodbyes and given as much time as we needed and then we were given options on what to do with her remains. Kitten ended up dying bc I couldn't afford the $500+ tests and bloodwork that "wouldn't necessarily show whats wrong". Later that weekend, I talked to my normal vet and he was able to explain and diagnose what happened in 15 minutes. Apparently it was pretty "textbook parvo". Worst part: Vet is CLEARLY NOT AN ANIMAL PERSON and has no bedside manner. BAD CARE, BAD BUSINESS, AND VERY DISHONEST!
