I have been going here since Dr Borson and now Dr Gibby for the past 10 years. I never had a problem with Dr Borson he's just a perfectionist and why would you not want someone who is that way working on your teeth....I knew I was always in good hands!! I have only seen Dr Gibby twice since he took over the business and he seems nice. The newer staff are nice but the previous staff were extremely nice and they are all gone but one. Dr. Borson retired 5ish years ago. He was very good with his work and service. I live 15 miles away, but I don't mind driving that far because I know how he handles every patient. But everything changed when he left. I stopped going there now, I just ignore their calls for my next appointments. My last appointment experience was really bad. This guy is a crook, enough said. A few years ago I went in for a routine check (first visit) and without my approval, decided to "fix my tooth". Halfway through the unapproved procedure, he looks at his watch and says "Oh no! I have to get to the dealer to pick up my BMW. I'm going to need to put a temporary in." Instead of standing up for myself, I let him finish. I never went back but found another dentist to finish the job. When I got the bill I refused to pay it, but tried to negotiate it down, but they said no. THEN THEY TOOK ME TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT claiming "services rendered"... Grrrr.... Meh. Not the best experience. I requested sedation for a procedure but did not receive it. Got a surprise bill several month later with no explanation, followed by threats of litigation over the surprise bill. Won't be going back. read more

The hygienists are gentle and caring, and make the process easier for me (I have anxiety around going to the dentist). I highly recommend this place. read more

Came in; was not only misinformed on pricing for retainers (obviously they told me a lower price on they phone) AND I was IMMEDIATELY informed that I was unable to get the retainer because I needed a filling? WHY DID THEY LET ME COME IN!? Nothing was completed, and there was zero apology to me. It was very unorganized and a complete waste of my time. Just had to reschedule YET AGAIN. My husband and I are newer to the area and an acquaintance recommended Borson Dental. I started with them a few months ago and have had nothing but good experiences. The assistants are always smiling and have made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Gibby is very professional and seems incredibly intelligent. Not to mention, they got me in same-day once when I had a painful problem with my jaw - they stayed a little late in order to fit me in, I really appreciated that. read more

This dentist has scammed my 94 year old Granny out of thousands of dollars. He talked her into an extensive procedure to cap ALL of her teeth for $10,000. Three weeks later at her check up, they "cleaned" her brand new teeth, charging her another $250. They also supposedly found an infection in one of her brand new teeth, and they plan to charge her for that appt as well. There was nothing wrong with her teeth at the beginning. The dentist scared her into the new teeth by telling her that if she ever got an infection in her teeth, it could kill her. He was charming, and she trusted him. She's 94 and still had her teeth. Apparently he was just due for another vacation. Please, stay away!!! read more

I have never been treated so poorly than when I was seen by Dr.Borson. The receptionists were very friendly, but DR. Borson is a horrible and mean human being. He was arrogant, chauvinistic, unprofessional, and rude. He filled a back tooth that had chipped. After a few weeks I could feel the filling had fallen out. When I went back in to get it fixed he refused to fix it. read more

Unprofessional since Dr. Borson retired. The office ladies are lazy and gossipy, instead of helping patients. Dr. Gibby does not listen and actually broke my crown as a result of another procedure. My husband's family had been patients of Dr. Borson (father and then son) since 1950, with stellar reviews. This practice is not worth utilizing. read more

I saw Dr. Borson years ago and he's awful. While working on me, his hand was covering my mouth to the point where I couldn't breathe and when I pointed this out to him, he seemed highly annoyed and agitated. His staff was friendly but I have never gone back and I would never recommend him. There are plenty of other dentists in the area and, with any luck, he'll retire soon. He seems like a miserable man who hates life and his patients. read more

Do not go here! I recently moved to the area and decided to come here because it was so close to my house. I regularly go to the dentist every six months and I haven't had a cavity in years. Dr Borson tried to tell me I had 3 and needed to get them filled right away. He was very pushy and made me feel uncomfortable so I decided to go else where to get them filled. At my follow up appointment at a different dentist I was told my teeth looked great and that I didn't have a single cavity. This guy is a scam artist. read more

I am new to the area and happened to drive by Dr. Borson's office around the time I was looking for a new dentist. I walked in and was able to schedule an appointment only a week later. I was a little disappointed I had to schedule two different appointments as a new patient (one for X-rays and exam, then come in again for a cleaning), but dr Borson offered to get the cleaning in during my initial appointment since they had an opening in their schedule. I really appreciated them accommodating me. I also thought Christine did an excellent and thorough job cleaning my teeth. read more

Run as far as you can away from DR Borson. I was seen by Dr Borson to do a routine filling for a chipped tooth. For my initial visit it seemed like he rushed through the process and was not very friendly. Less than a week later the filing fell out. I called to alert them of what happened and they just blew me off. When I went in to discuss it with the DR he began screaming at me that I was a liar and actually placed his hand on my shoulder and pushed me. I left in tears and would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. If you have any self worth or preservation run as fast as you can. Dr Borson is a scam artist. read more

I am so upset with Borson Dental... I went there for 13 years, along with my husband, and once Dr. Borson left, everything changed... First off, they are only open 4 days a week. And, only one evening. Today, when we had a problem in our home with gutters being put on, I called to say I'd be 5 to 10 minutes late - I'm only a mile away - and they canceled my appointment. They did not care one iota. I'm so disappointed after all the money and faith we have put into this dentistry. They now have a new dentist, and what seems to be a whole new team and it's very unfortunate. Last week, my insurance at work screwed up my Delta, so Borson Dental canceled my appointment without even giving me time to call Delta because I couldn't call during my work hours. It's so unfortunate how quickly this place has changed - they are only in it for themselves, and not at all concerning of their patients since Dr Borson left. Too bad. I would not recommend them now because they have no empathy or compassion for their patients. read more

I never even got to be seen by Dr. Borson. I stopped into their offices in October of last year to fill out paperwork and set up an appointment for an initial consult and exam. The doctor came out to meet me and was very friendly. We talked for a few minutes and I left after filling out paperwork. I had to cancel my first appointment due to very bad weather. I live about 25 miles away and driving was bad. I scheduled another appointment for after the first of this year. When I called to confirm my appointment, someone named Leah said I would be getting full mouth x-rays, cleaning, and an exam. I have dental insurance however, my insurance only pays for full mouth x-rays every five years and I wasn't going to pay for that myself on top of my copay. They were supposed to take bite wing x-rays only. This person kept telling me, "We have a protocal here." I thought I was talking to the United Nations. She told me I couldn't see the doctor unless I had full mouth x-rays. So, I never got to see the Dr. Borson. I wasn't too upset because I read some reviews on this dentist and his staff that weren't very nice. read more
