My experience with Ron's was very stressful. After what I assumed was a complete repair, there were a series of issues that I would describe as careless. #6 is unacceptable for a professional repair. Issues: 1. Headlights were misaligned with a noticeable loss of visibility at night. The left headlight pointing approximately 6 inches lower than the right at about 15 ft away. The left also pointed too far left which is dangerous for oncoming traffic and reduced forward visibility. 2. Although the paint color matched well, the bumper had an area with little bumps underneath the paint. The paint on the edges/corners of certain panels/trim pieces were chipped as well. It seems like the pieces were not handled or inspected carefully. The bumper was sanded down and repainted. The blemishes were covered up. The paint used to mask these areas were duller and noticeable on careful inspection. 3. Asymmetric panel gaps in the front bumper piece and body. 4. Significant misalignment of front engine cover panel with the front body pieces. Chrome trim around the grill does not meet on the bottom and leaves a gap. These were adjusted but created more gaps on other parts of the car which required additional adjustment and time. 5. The clips holding the wires that connect several components (headlights etc.) on the left side of the car were not attached to the body, possibly causing noise when driving. Although I was able to place the upper clips, I was unable to fix the lower ones. These were fixed by Ron's. 6. Incorrectly placed screws. After noticing a loud rattling when accelerating, I opened up the hood and found that the 2 screws holding the connecting piece of the intake manifold near the grill was switched with 2 other screws used to connect the trim. Although the screw widths were correct, the lengths of the screws were different causing 2 of the screws' threads to not even meet the body. Besides the noise, I believe this could have caused damage long-term if I hadn't noticed due to the noise. 7. Interior was wiped down with protectant (something I had not asked for. I prefer a matte finish.) I would have appreciated it despite this, if it was done properly. The interior looked sloppy with several visible patchy areas missing protectant. On the center console there was excess protectant residue leaving my hands greasy. I purchased my own interior cleaner to clean this away and even out the patchy areas. 8. After thinking all the issues have been addressed, I found a piece of plastic in the trunk. At this point, I felt sick of Ron's and took it to a dealership. It turned out to be the cover for the locking mechanism of the front hood. Also, one of the plastic clips holding down a trim piece was placed incorrectly. 9. Noticed that the plastic part of the front left door that meets the B pillar was very shiny and lacked texture. It seems a scratch in the plastic was buffed out. All the other plastic pieces of the door have a matte look and has a grainy texture. I have taken this car to one dealership for oil changes, and several times to Ron's. Although I cannot prove who was responsible, I felt that I should mention this In conclusion: I spent about 4 hours attempting to fix the screws, clean the protectant and fix the polished plastic (hard to restore texture). I visited Ron's 3 more times for what was supposed to be a complete repair. First for a headlight alignment and Paint, second for lose screws and panel gap issues and third for panel gap issues. Several more hours were lost. After speaking to Ron, he is correct in that he "bent over backwards" to interrupt normal workflow to get my car fixed ASAP. He was professional despite these issues. Ultimately, getting my car repaired caused more stress than the accident itself. There is always a concern in the back of my mind that an important screw may be lose or that I may find another careless mistake that I would have to deal with. I went to Ron's trusting the many good reviews. If you care about detail and screws being screwed in, I would find another shop. read more

Ron did an amazing job on my Dodge Ram 1500. It had front end and rear damage. He went above and beyond with the repairs! He saved me a lot of money as well! My truck has a lift kit with aftermarket wheels and tires. He took the time to find the needed parts to repair my suspension/lift kit that was discontinued. Believe me it was not easy and was very time consuming to get with different vendors ect to try and match up the parts that were needed. The other option was to buy and install a new lift kit that would have ran me about $2500 out of pocket. He did not charge me for the time he had in tracking everything down. He was very easy to get in contact with and kept me up to date. My truck looks and drives like brand new! I couldn't be happier! read more

I had an accident on the parkway in NYC before moving back to Cincinnati. My Acura was repaired on Long Island with over $10,000 in damages. I got my car back the day before we moved back to Cincy. The repair was done horribly. Upon my return I took my car to Ron, who completely went over the whole car himself. He then contacted the body shop in New York about their work, with an itemized list and repaired my car correctly. The car had to be totally taken apart down to the frame again as even the paint did not match. The repair was done perfectly by Ron's Complete Auto Body. The body shop in New York paid Ron to do the repair because they knew that their work was not acceptable. He was able to do this due to his expertise and attention to detail.
