We were extremely pleased with all phases of the system. Ed and Christian installed the electrical and were extremely well prepared and organized, also extremely pleasant to my wife and I. The gas installation team we're equally has prepared and professional. During the installation we had one small issue and were very please that we were able to speak to Steve the owner and were able to resolve the issue in a very pleasant manner. We also added an additional gas line into our kitchen for use of a gas range, that also went smooth. After one year all is well, we had our annual maintenance and were serviced by Christian one of the original install team. I used Bo's Electric for the installation of a Briggs and Stratton Generator. The staff in the office set up the appointments and had all the paperwork done according to the HOA requirements. They were kind and courteous. The propane people installed the tank as usual. Roger the electrician went above and beyond to explain everything and made sure all my questions were answered. This process of getting a Generac was so easy. Our consultant Dario Sagastume explained everything so clearly and gave us our options. Then when it was time for the install received a call to set up the date. Roger then called to give me the final details of what he would be doing. He was the electrician who did the early morning work. He then explained to my husband all he needed to know. Then right on time Coco, another electrician and Sean the gas technician came. They worked hard. What I especially appreciated was they picked up after they were done. They do all the permits required and after the install was done they sent the final inspection report. Everyone from Bo's Generators whom I have had the pleasure of working with: salesman Dario, project coordinator Sydney, install team Roger (electrician), Coco (electrician) Neptali (gas tech) and Shawn (excavator operator) were extremely personable, professional and helpful. The electricians started around 5 am and were so quiet that they didn't even wake my dog. Everything was complete by 1 pm. Have not received any noise complaints from the neighbors, either. Bo's Electric installed my whole house generator today. I received a call the day before that the electrician would be at my house at 6 am and Roger and Coco were here at 10 min till 6. At 9 am they had the entire generator installed and all electrical completed. When they left they said Neptali and Steve would be arriving to install the propane tank and complete all the gas connections. When they arrived they ran into a slight issue that they were quickly able to correct. When the job was complete they went over the operation of the unit and and cleaned up all the mess. We were very pleased with the installation, a very professional team. The only glitch was the cutting of an irrigation pipe which was fixed. Subsequently we had a good test of the generator when the power went out for about a half hour. David then came and, answering our questions, explained the idiosyncrasies of it's running. We're so relieved we now have the whole house backup. The sod which was installed was not green, even after intense watering for two weeks. We're hoping it greens up with the summer rains. Even further, this install was completed 7+ months ago. All I get in response is the constant run around of and lie of an inspection being scheduled which never happens. Bo's Electric is a veteran owned business. I hired them for the installation of a whole home generator. The set the installation day and assure me it would be completed in two days! All their people were very professional, showed up on time and were absolutely finished in two days, including the burial of a 500 gallon propane tank.
