Rich says he inspected my RV but never provided proof that he was there. He claims that the power pole from the bluebonnet electric company has a problem at the pole they provided. I had a licensed electrician come out the next day and he says there is power coming to the rv but there is a problem inside the camper. When I called Rich to inform him of this, he cussed me out and hung up on me. He is VERY unprofessional and lied about my rv not having power because he didn't know how to fix it. Worst service you could expect! If this was just one issue, I could overlook it, but there were over sixteen things wrong with simple window installation. From the very get-go I called and told them that their job was straight trash. I tried to be nice about saying it, but the office manager was objective from the very get go and tried to get me to only speak with a technician. When the technician got on the phone. He tried to be aggressive with me and act like he was the victim, or they were the victim and said he was going to speak with me The way that I spoke with the office, I said, are you going to do work like I do work also? To which, he started cussing at me. I tried to resolve the problem with the office manager once again and told her that I did not want to talk with this technician I wanted them to send out another one and replace the window correctly with a new one, as this window was no good to use anymore. So here I am leaving this bad review because of the fact that they did not try to resolve the problem after I sent photos after the office manager told me send pictures and have the owner look at the work. NEVER AGAIN. BUYER BEWARE. READ THE "RICH" REVIEWS. He lives up to his reputation!!! WOW, should have read the "Rich" the owner reviews before electing to do business with this clown. I called and asked about a full service Class A engine servicing as well as service to my Onan 5500 generator on board my Class A. Robin, (wow lol) who "runs" the front desk and, who admittingly today stated she knows nothing about the technical service her company does LOL, stated that they have the "Best" technicians avialable and that they absolutely know how to conduct a full service (regularly sheduled oil change, fluid top off, tire pressure, ya know....the basics, and they recommend I go out and purchase all the parts and oil otherwise they'd have to charge a markup to do so. Fine, i did it. Today, I get a technician who was a super nice guy BUT... after an hour of working on the oil changes for both the Ford 6.8L Triton V10, proceeded to tell me that the transmission fluid needed changing. So I told him to proceed. Except, they don't do that LOL. Um...WHUT? you don't do regularly scheduled transmission oil changes??? Miss Robin told me you are the best and you are FULL SERVICE. Oh, and the tech didn't even show up with a funnel. I had to run out and buy one for him...which he kept! (I offered to him as a nice guy gesture). The whole reason I chose to call BOSS BULL*sht is to save time from having to drive my 40ft Class A to a commercial service center hours away. They had no way to fill my low pressure tires But they are the BEST according to ROBIN lol. No way to get the oil into the RV...but they are the BEST. and get this sht.... They charged me for a "drip pan" LOL...wait, WHUT?? almost $60 for a drip pan that the BEST tech should have had in his tool belt knowing he was changing oil!!!! That brings me to good ol Rich. WOW, this was clearly never in a service based business. Everything was my fault. Robin the clueless front desk person lied and said I was refusing to pay my bill... WRONG. I was being a good consumer and questioning questionable charges. Rich just was a complete *asshole and a *ick which I informed him he was being. then he proceeded to end the call and threaten me with a letter to pay. I can't say enough good things about this business. I had two issues with a Class B RV under warranty by an Indiana RV company. They contracted with Boss Bull Mobile RV Services to repair a retractable sofa motor and replace a refrigerator/freezer. From the first time I spoke to Janelle on the phone, I knew this was going to be a smooth transaction. She was helpful, professional and knowledgeable. More than all else, she is very personable and it was a pleasure speaking to her every couple of days. The Indiana Company was a bit challenging to deal with and Janelle navigated that with ease. Our tech, Charles was the perfect complement to Janelle. Professional, knowledgeable, personable and on time, he was always willing to explain what he was doing and why. If you've ever replaced a refrigerator on a B-Van, you feel my pain. Charles swapped them out effortlessly (He will laugh if he reads this). I'm a "the glass is always half empty" kind of guy and I am seldom impressed. If I take the time to write a positive review of a company, it means something. DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN! More like Boss Bulls**t Mobile RV. Rich is a top tier gaslighter and is extremely bold in the lies that he maintains. It's actually quite impressive how hard he'll go in this regard. Trump himself would give him props if he could observe. Oh, Rich. You started off so nice, amiable and dependable. Not sure what happened, but your transformation into the shady and dishonest person that I now know you to be was memorable. My favorite was when my six-month-old Dometic A/C that you (I later discovered from a credible tech, improperly) installed broke. You claimed for weeks that you had come by my house when I wasn't home (I trusted you at this time) to check on the malfunctioning unit, that you had run a series of diagnostic tests, and that you had filed a warranty claim with Dometic. When you failed to provide any details on next steps, I asked for the results of the diagnostic tests, so that I could follow up with Dometic myself. Your response was that you had "shredded all the paper," as you don't "keep all that paperwork." (Makes total sense to me! Who would want any written record of a warranty claim for when you eventually had to provide evidence to Dometic?) When I then asked how long it would take to hear back from Dometic, you said to expect "two to three months." (Also makes total sense!) You then told me that no other client had ever asked for this type of information. I eventually hired a tech that actually knows what they're talking about, who helped me contact Dometic within one hour. The customer service person told me there was no evidence anyone had ever filed a warranty claim on my unit's serial number. (Weird!) The tech helping me was able to get Dometic to mail them the necessary parts, and fixed the unit within a week. I appreciate you blocking my number, Rich. It was extremely difficult to call you from a different phone and inform you that I know, that you know, that I know, that you lied to me.
