The last time they dropped it off (4th time) the belt broke within 30 minutes of using it. This is the belt they supposedly changed during the first service. In total they had my mower 9 months, I am out more than $700 and I still do not have a working mower. No one will call me back or speak to me. I was told by Brooks that their lawyer would call me but that was back in November and nothing yet. They are thieves and I cannot believe they run a business like this.

They stayed a bit after hours for us to view the camper, answered all our questions, and - part of what we enjoyed the most - applied absolutely NO pressure to purchase whatsoever! It had primary and secondary codes, and that was the end of the transaction. The light turned off, then on again this week dominant to O' Reilly's instead. The man at the counter printed the diagnostic, then without any provocation from me, explained what the issue likely was based on experience, what to try first, the parts I'd need, and the tool I could borrow to get it done. He walked me to my vehicle and showed me exactly where the part was located and how it was attached so I could get a sense for myself what would be involved in doing the fix ourselves.
