We purchased a used travel trailer and needed the ball and hitch adjusted to tow the trailer level. It was riding nose down and was not right. We called Country Tyme last week and they said to bring it in for them to fix. We got there at 8am today and thought we would have to drop it off and come back later but No, they were going to do it right then. About half an hour later we were level and done. The Country Tyme team did an awesome job! They were kind, courteous, professional and answered our questions . Our first time experience with them was a great one! Outstanding!!! From our first contact to the work be completed the communication and work with Country Tyme RV Center in Georgetown was amazing. They were always available to talk with us, always answered our questions, did amazing collision damage repairs, and were incredibly friendly and personable. Out tow hitch had snapped, ending with our car in the back of our motorhome. The first place we went for an estimate took two weeks to get an estimate to us, and the estimate was outrageous. We had just had our RV State Inspection done at Crestview RV. They didn't have time to help do our de-winterizing, plus it was costly to have them do it. We went to Country Tyme RV Center and they were happy to do it. They said they like to help people. They not only did that, but we had purchased our RV from Explore USA and bought a camera package to use for backing up. We were unable to get it to work. The owner at Country Tyme, Jason, had his guys try to set it up for us. They worked on it for over an hour and found that wires were broken and in bad shape. Anyway they weren't going to let us pay them. They couldn't fix it then, but wanted to keep it and try to fix it for us. They ALL were so friendly and kind to us. I even took photos while I was there and then offered to take a group photo for them and found out two of them were retiring. It was so much fun being there! If I can find a way to post some photos here or elsewhere I will!! Really, really, good people. They know their stuff when it comes to RV's!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for any services you need on your RV. They just don't do inspections, but they do everything else!!!! I consigned my Rv for sale at Country Tyme on a Thursday and by the next Friday it had sold. They have a good location and are flexible with the sales price. It takes a while to get your money as they will not release your money until they get a good title from the state and if a lender is involved that takes additional time. DISAPPOINTED - We began our journey to Country Tyme with a 3 hour drive from San Antonio, Tx. I had set a time with Byron (owner's son) and told him what time we would be there. We went to see a motorhome, and I had already signed a purchase agreement to buy it. We got there to inspect, and it was 102 degrees that day. We were DISAPPOINTED to say the least. The ACs were NOT running, and it was 115 degrees inside the unit!! The least they could have done was turn on the ACs! Ken (the part time guy) came out and said Byron was busy but would be out shortly. I asked if he could turn the generator on so that he could turn the ACs on. He said he was told not to because the gen needed parts? Byron eventually came out and turned it on. We also HAD TO ASK Byron him to turn the ACs on! When he did, we noticed that the rear AC vents were not blowing as hard as the front. We found him to be a bit rude as well. He gave us some BS about how the front is always going to blow harder than the back. He had no idea we had already seen another unit exactly like it without the problem. - His dad later called me. He was even worse of a smart ass and never let me (THE BUYER) get a word in. His job was to tell me he needed money from my bank or to wire him $500 so that he could look into the issue. ----- Keep in mind that they both told me that ALL appliances, plumbing, ACs, slides, water heater would all work upon delivery. Keep in mind that the automatic door steps did not work. They said they would NOT FIX THAT. He told me if I bought the unit I would not be paying for the AC repair. What got me is he turned right around and said that if I did NOT buy then I would owe the time and money he put in it. I get that. - The problem I have is if he says the air is blowing to spec (as he mentioned) and I drive another 3 hours and find the the air is STILL NOT blowing as hard as the other vents then I'm OUT THE MONEY. Buyer beware. These guys DID NOT know a thing about the Fleetwood Revolution. You would have thought they would have been versed with the unit and how it worked BEFORE WE ARRIVED. They just DID NOT CARE. I quickly backed out on the deal. I am going back to PPL motorhomes as I have the past three times. I'll wait till PPL has what I'm looking for. read more

After contacting Country Tyme, they sent a crew to our location the same afternoon and worked quickly to fix our problem free of charge. Great folks - honest. Although our deal fell apart at the end, they were very communicative along the way. The issue was my lender is an out of state lender and provides a bank draft, with funds to follow upon confirmation of a lien being recorded. That didn't work for Country Tyme, but we parted ways as friends. I bought my used RV here. I flew into get it and was hoping they were honest about it's condition, especially since water damage/mold is a common problem with some used rv's. And they were!!! There's a few small things wrong it, but for the price I couldn't be happier. I'll make my feedback as concise as possible since I really don't want to waste much more effort on this business. Long and short, they contacted me a year ago to see if I'd be interested in having them sell my motorhome on consignment. We agreed on a selling price and I left it with them. After a year of leaving it with them and dropping the price twice along the way, they couldn't sell it. I took it back from them 2 weeks ago and sold it myself in 3 days. Before I took it back, Jason the owner wanted me to drop my price by $20K so he "could get it sold." No thank you Jason. I dropped my price by $7K and sold it quickly by advertising on RV Trader. Overall, they were very difficult to deal with. Especially Ann. She's in a customer-facing role which is not a good fit for her. If you're considering working with them, go in knowing they aren't at all interested in your perspective or opinion. When you ask questions around their sales process, marketing plans, lead follow-up, etc., they get very uncomfortable and act like you shouldn't dare ask questions. Their sales lady was very nice and she was always helpful. Other than that, I'd steer clear unless you don't want to sell your RV on consignment. read more

Have dealt with this business on a few occasions. Once for an AC repair. Could have easily just replaced the system but took the time to look for a mod that worked perfectly at a much lower price. Not many do this in the RV business. Another event I had a mysterious electrical thing going on while out of town. Do not Trust Country Tyme RV Center for any service work. We trusted Country Tyme RV Center for repair of our entry door Awning. Tiffin Motorhomes diagnosed the problem to be a failed motor in the awning. Country Tyme tore out the awning control unit and diagnosed this as the problem. After trying two different modules Country Tyme concluded it was the awning the needed replacement. Their bill for replacing a $250.00 awning was over $ 1,000.00 plus over one month to accomplish this repair Incredibly incompetent facility. Doug T read more

My wife and I are passing through on vacation. Our rv has a blow out and 2 studs are broken. Heavy duty wrecker driver shows up and says he spoke to the owner of this place, Country Tyme RV, and he is on vacation but he left Robert in charge and to speak to him in the morning and that he can get us back on the road. So I show up at opening, I am greeted by one lady who is very nice and asked me what was going on and I told her. She then goes to find Robert. The office manager, old hag, comes running out of her office yelling at the nice lady "he is on top of an rv" and starts telling me there is no way it can be done. Then Robert comes in telling me they are two weeks out, he doesn't know who I spoke to, truly didn't care, and looked at me like I was trying to pull one over on him. Well I went to "the big box" Crestview Rv and spoke with Rick Schwarz who was empathetic and got a mechanic right on the job and recommended I call Lambs Tire to get a good deal on tires. So now i will travel back here to purchase my next RV from Crestview RV, Lambs Tire is getting my business for 5 new tires and I will shame Country Tyme RV every chance i get to all my family, friends and coworkers. By the way Country Tyme RV my wife and I work for a large city just north of you, with one of the largest work forces in the state, and will be retiring in 3 years. We were looking for a good rv dealership to purchase a used diesel pusher from. Thanks Robert of Country Tyme RV, just found it. Please be very careful consigning at Country Tyme Rv in Georgetown. They contacted us wanting to consign our RV. I was told they would detail our RV and I was told they do everything they have to to get it sold even if it meant taking as little as $200.00 for commission. I called to check on my RV after some bad weather and was told it was fine, but was not selling b/c of the pet smell in the bunkhouse. Folks remember I was told they were going to detail it, detailing to me means cleaning carpets. I had to contact them to find out about this issue, I asked about getting the carpets clean, but was fed a line of excuses, I asked about getting a quote to get the carpets replaced, I was never emailed that quote. When our contract was up my husband went to pick up our RV, they had kept the RV closed up so the musty smell was pretty bad, if we had been informed of this we would have provided camp dry to help with that. They had washed the outside with their hard water and it left streaks all down the side and they did not clean that up, we are now going to have to get rubbing compound to remove streaks. They used the outside kitchen sink and left water in it - um gross! Remember the whole commission thing, we told them what we needed to sell the rv for ,they marked it up a whole bunch and then told us part of the problem selling was price, what about your $200.00 commission that you told us if you would take if necessary. I highly recommend that you look for another place to consign your RV if you choose to do so. read more
