When we dropped the car off we told them we would be paying and then the price tripled from the quote. To me, either they are in collusion with the insurance company or they practice bait and switch. The worst part is, they didn't align the new fender correctly as the gaps on both sides of the hood are off and it is raised and not level with the hood. I will not take my $40k cars to them ever again!

More importantly, when I got the car back it reeked of Febreze so badly that it literally made me ill. I left the car windows partially open and placed baking soda boxes everywhere and it still took 4-6 months for the odor to go away. I can't imagine why they did this. They're supposed to be working on the outside of the car not the inside. Also, they managed to mess up one of the front windshield wipers so that the clip was sticking up on the windshield and could not be snapped back down. Worst experience I have ever had at a body shop!
