All good. Josh's assistant, Taylor was respectful. An aspect of the job that was VERY MUCH appreciated is my handling the communications and permitting with the City of Dunedin, which allowed for a $400 reduction in price. Over the past year have developed a rapor with Dunedin community development and the permitting office personnel, Jen, Alycia, Shannon, chuck, Laura, Vern, Jerry and Jay. Also the areas adjacent to permitting, Kevin and David S. I appreciate the contractor, Driven Power Systems and all of the folks in Dunedin permitting for their communications and help.

I didnt understand how you plan three days for a job that should have taken a day or a day and a half until I watched them work. One of the guys did nothing pretty much but hold the ladder once in a while. It has been over a year I think and the lights they put in my closet, have completely fallen from the ceiling , the light in the outside patio area has not worked consistently and now doesnt work at all. They sent out different people each time, no one experienced enough to get it fixed. We paid for it I am certain mo0re than once. Do not use them. The staff doesn't not have the experience or the training to do the job. I know we were charged incorrectly and overcharged at that. I would not use this company again.

    My house was built in 1973, so it's almost as old as I am! We've lived here for 23 years and…read morehaven't done any upgrades to the electrical system. So we shouldn't have been completely shocked when our electric went out on a Sunday morning in April 2021 & the main breaker to the house smelled like an electrical fire. Still, we were surprised, of course. Sorry, Yelp, my first thought was to check our neighborhood's Facebook group for recommendations. After two calls & no live person, I turned to Yelp, looking for electricians "open now". Sunrise had recently updated their Yelp listing with details and had a few good reviews, so I called them. Shelley answered the phone & was very helpful in assuring us that someone could come out that day. She took our information, and we did have to provide payment of $119 for the emergency service call. Communication was great afterward, which included both a text and phone call a couple hours later when our service tech was en route. Kevin actually arrived a bit earlier than the estimated arrival time and seemed incredibly knowledgeable. After looking at our main breaker box, he confirmed that it needed to be replaced, and that he would be able to replace it that day. He also advised that we would need a surge protector for the whole house, along with inspections & permits which he would be able to do as well for the quoted price. Many hours later, we had power again, with a new main breaker box. And I'm glad to have a house-wide surge protector. This was not a cheap repair/upgrade, and we were obviously unable to get other quotes or compare prices on a Sunday, but we're happy with the work done.

I blew a fuse and the kid they sent out was not able to resolve my problem and offered to connect two wires to get everything working except my garbage disposal. I called their office several weeks ago and spoke with Mark, Customer Service Manager. I told him that I felt overcharged as I now need to call another electrician to finish the job. He said he was sure the owner, Gary, would make things right. Mark was going to call me back after speaking with the owner. He never called back and they are both dodging my calls now.

Then demands full payment before they schedule to install. Then there a lot of excuses on why they can't finish the job. Day ONE (Tuesday, about 3 weeks from Cabinet Contract signed) plumbers (not part of HI-Liquidation's contract) removed dishwasher, garbage disposal, and disconnected sink. Day TWO (Wednesday), old kitchen cabinets removed (part of contract). Day THREE & FOUR (Thursday-Friday), new cabinets installed (part of contract). Day SEVEN, Dishwasher reinstalled (not part of contract). Day TEN, Countertops (part of contract) measured and Granite Slab selected (initial Granite Guy fell through on Tuesday). Day TWENTY THREE, Countertops and Stainless Steel Sink installed (took 3 hours, contract fulfilled). By noon Day TWENTY FOUR disposal and faucet and sink plumbing installed (not part of contract) and kitchen totally functional again. During ALL OF THIS Mo and Feby were communicating with us, handled anything that came up (went smooth outside of first Granite Guy falling through) and we are so HAPPY with our new kitchen.
