Extremely disappointing experience with this business…read more We had an agreement with Rodney James McGaffey and Taylor McGaffey, and we fully completed our responsibilities as a professional car-hauling company. We delivered their vehicle as agreed and received a check upon delivery. Unfortunately, a few days later, the check was canceled, leaving us unpaid for services that had already been completed. After looking further into the situation, we found reports of other companies and individuals describing similar experiences. This raised serious concerns for us and made us wish we had conducted more extensive research before doing business with them. I strongly encourage other transportation companies and service providers to do your own research and exercise caution before entering into any business agreement with this company. Verify payment history and check for any publicly available legal or business records before accepting a job. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend doing business with them. Stay alert and protect your business.

Our friends referred us to David Keilson. the night before and suggested we give him a call. We reached out the next morning, asked if he had a GX 550 available, and from there, everything moved seamlessly. When we arrived, David greeted us, had the vehicle ready, handed us the keys, and simply said, "Take it for a drive." We had visited two other dealerships prior to this, and not one of them offered that level of trust or ease with a test drive. After our drive, David took the time to ask about our experience and walked us through the benefits of purchasing from Sewell. Before leaving, David and Jan also walked us through the technology in the vehicle, making sure we felt comfortable and confident with all the features. Since our purchase, we've returned for car washes, and both David and Jan have made a point to say hello and check in to ensure we're still happy with everything. We've had the best experience and will absolutely be back to work with David and the team at Sewell again.

I have made multiple attempts to contact the dealership, but my calls continue to be redirected to voicemail and no one has provided a resolution or clear update. As a cash buyer, I expect all ownership paperwork to be completed and provided within the required timeframe. This delay is unacceptable and is preventing me from properly handling registration and ownership matters. I am requesting: * Immediate status of the title * A copy of the bill of sale * Written confirmation of when all documents will be provided If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will proceed with complaints through the Texas DMV, Texas Attorney General, and Better Business Bureau.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING…read more This is long overdue. I tried not leaving this review, but the public has to know. I don't deserve what I'm going through with my perfect credit score being over 740. This vehicle has a recall since 2019, but the dealership doesn't touch anything aftermarket, it has to be stock. When I first saw the vehicle, I checked the engine light since it was deleted. I barely saw enough since I didn't want to be caught. Now that I have the vehicle, there's more than what I expected. Again, bring an engine code reader, don't go by what they say. I'm spending over $1,200, and there's a lot more I'm having to pay to get my valve springs repaired which is around $800-$1,600 to fix. So yeah, I'm one "happy" customer alright. I already replaced the fuel filler neck and charcoal canister that was causing the fueling up the gas tank problem, and now the most expensive one yet is my valve springs that's causing a lot of things to go wrong with my ride. I got crapped on, big time time. I surely hope everyone double and triple CHECKS ANY vehicle before buying. Don't just go by what anyone says at all. That is all. Thank you.

The sales process was smooth, efficient, and overall one of the better vehicle purchases I've had. Unfortunately, things changed once I needed service. At just 6,000 miles, I experienced a serious issue with the truck. About a week ago, I was stopped at a red light and, when the light turned green, I pressed the accelerator but the truck wouldn't move. After a brief moment, it returned to normal, so I didn't think much of it. Then last night, while driving home from Walmart, the same thing happened again, except this time it was much worse. Multiple warning lights came on stating that several systems had malfunctioned, and the truck went into what appeared to be a reduced-power mode. I couldn't drive more than 50 MPH, and every time I pressed the accelerator, the truck would sputter, hesitate, or simply not respond with any power. In my opinion, that's a major safety concern, especially with the amount of traffic we deal with in the DFW area. What makes this even more frustrating is that this is a truck that cost close to $90,000. For a vehicle at that price point, having these kinds of major drivability and safety-related issues at only 6,000 miles is ridiculous and incredibly disappointing. I understand that defects can happen, but when you're spending nearly $90K on a premium truck, you expect both the vehicle and the support behind it to be significantly better. When I contacted the service department, I expected at least some sense of urgency. Instead, I was told my only option was to drop the truck off and wait approximately three days just for diagnostics because they are backed up. To make matters worse, my service advisor wasn't particularly friendly and showed very little concern about the situation, even after reviewing my vehicle information and seeing that multiple fault codes had been triggered. The dealership also had no loaner vehicles available, meaning I would be without transportation during the entire process. First impressions matter, and it's disappointing that I haven't even made it to my first scheduled service before having this kind of experience with the service department. While the sales team earned my business, the service experience has left me seriously questioning whether I'll return to this dealership for future maintenance or repairs. A great purchase experience means very little if the dealership isn't there for its customers when a serious problem arises.

Most of the reviews on yelp are written shortly after the purchase, but I think it's more helpful to hear from people a few months down the line. Do the quality of the cars live up to the purchase experience, or is this a Wormwood Motors scenario? Well, it's been 5 months and about 6000 miles. The car is PERFECT. Drives great, no problems. Just took it in for an oil change and to have everything checked out before a little roadtrip and all is well. Without hesitation, from start to finish this was a 5 star experience. Buying a used car from a dealership was a new experience for us and we were really nervous. There are so many dealerships with terrible, just TERRIBLE, reviews. We know nothing about cars. How do ignorant people like us defend ourselves against slimy car salesmen? Our only hope is reviews. We followed the 5 star reviews to BBC Motorsports. They happened to have had the car we wanted at the time we needed it at a price we could afford. Jason was honest, upfront, patient with us, and kind. This was not just our best car buying experience, this was one of the best sales experiences of anything we've ever purchased! We're not fancy people and we hold onto cars longer than most. I'm relatively confident I'll be driving this suburban until my kids leave the house. But when our 2008 Honda Civic finally bites the dust, you'd can be certain our replacement vehicle will be from BBC Motorsports.

You will then be contacted by those supervisors for a follow up. Do not rent from this location and here's why. 1. Prior to receiving the car, I was asked if I had insurance. I said yes, then I was asked if it's liability or full coverage. I said it may be liability. I was then asked who's my insurance carrier and I advised progressive. I was told that they can give me a phone number to call and check, it only takes a few seconds. I told them I don't have the time, I'm in a rush. I asked if I needed to provide proof of insurance and I was told I have 2 options: provide proof or purchase DW. I then probed a bit, asking if it's truly required since the site says optional and I was told that if I can't provide proof of full coverage insurance then I must add on the damage waiver. Under this circumstance and being limited on time, I agreed to add on DW since I didn't have a choice. I was literally told those were my only to options to proceed with this rental. I rent from enterprise all the time and this was my first time being forced to purchase their insurance. I decided to do my research and learned, it is optional. I called the branch to further discuss and later found out the person who checked me out was the manager. Her name is Molly and she stood firm on her stance - saying it was optional. This is a lie. I know what I was told, I remember everything verbatim. I asked if she'd like to remove the coverage or if I should speak to corporate and she said to speak to corporate. I immediately called corporate to file my complaint and waiting to hear back. Outside of being forced to add on DW, the car wasn't cleaned properly. Seats and windows were dirty. I have pictures. 2. I reserved a compact car and when I arrived, I received an intermediate sedan which is a lot bigger than what I'm used to driving. I asked if they had anything smaller and was told no, that's all they have. There was a slight price difference however, I was not required to pay that additional amount since I had no choice in the upgrade. 3. Outside of my concern - I overheard the persons conversation in front of me. They said their car smelled of smoke. Molly (Manager) advised that they are short staff and didn't have time to properly clean the car. She asked the customers how can they make it better, just tell her what they think they deserve to make it better. I find this ironic given the fact that now that I have an issue, the solution is completely different. It's important to note that us customers are of different race. 4. I received the car with 357 miles but was told to return it on full. When we rent a car and don't pre-pay fuel, we are only required to return the car with the same exact mileage that we received it on. The manager tries to use every excuse to nickel and dime the customer. All in all, I'll never rent from this location again. The manager is a liar and doesn't know how to properly manage a store. I'll be returning the car soon, I have tons of pictures and videos incase she tries to add on additional chargers based on my response to the situation. Avoid this location at all costs. Update: I returned the vehicle and it's no brainer, I was charged a refueling fee. Very funny because before leaving initially, Molly said to me "bring the car back on full" however I noticed the car was NOT on full when I got it. It was at 357 miles. I returned the vehicle at 374 miles. On my paperwork, it says full but my videos taken on the lot says different. Molly need to lose her job immediately.
