Super excited that I was able to try the food at Happy Ending Food Truck. Hawaiian & fusion Asian…read morefood is always screaming my name!!! I ordered the Pew Pew Shrimp - similar to a bang bang shrimp. The Heft - I love the texture of the scallion pancake and combo with the meat. It has a slight spice kick but not much. The Hangry Hawaiian - pineapple and roasted pork on this burger in addition to the burger patty. They also put jalapeños which I said no to. Haupia Pie - sweet potato like dessert with a crust and on top is a solid cream coconut layer. Texture is different. I loved it! Coco Loco ice cream - super creamy pina colada ice cream. My faves in order were: 1. Coco Loco ice cream 2. The Heft 3. Haupia pie 4. Pew Pew Shrimp 5. The Hangry Hawaiian burger Don't get me wrong! Every thing was excellent!! The owners were absolutely awesome!! Super welcoming and helpful and considerate of my time. They had tons of orders and were quite busy. I waited about 40 minutes. I would order ahead of time next time. Next time and there will be a next time, I want to get their Kilauea nachos, xxl ramen chicken, Haupia pie(which Haupia is a Japanese sweet potato - similar to Ube, a Filipino sweet potato used for desserts), coco loco ice cream(think super creamy pina colada ice cream) & scallion pancakes. Yes I loved it that much!!!

I'm a chronic over orderer and usually end up with a ton of leftovers. This time, however, as I sit here mouth breathing trying to muster another bite, I can't bring myself to packing the food up later. Its just too good! Hawaiian spring rolls have a perfectly crisp shell, filled with faintly smokey pork. The pork has a familiar taste, with a delicious pacific island flair. The HEFTT is option you can feel good about eating. The rice, beef, scallion pancake and sauce will leave you satisfied without feeling like you need to avoid food and spend the next week in the gym. The wings are awesome! Crisp, tender, juicy, fall off the bone kinda perfect. No extra sauces needed; eat as they are. Mild kick. The Hangry Hawaiian is the best burger I have had in a really long time! And I am always on the lookout for great burgers. I had beef, topped with pork, bacon, jalepenos and pineapple. Its an amazing combo of balanced, sweet heat. I loved it! (The fries were also really good) The haupia was a sweet, unexpected addition also. Its a buttery, graham cracker crust, layered with sweetened, purple sweet potato, the another layer of a coconut milk pudding. Places like this is the reason why I prefer food trucks and mom & pop spots over chains and big names. Happy Ending Food Truck lived up to its name. Good people, great food, big flavors! I will definitely be back for more!

I'm giving this place 4 stars overall for the vibe and for all the options however it is definitely…read morepricey for what you get. If you haven't come before, parking was $5. There's free parking across the street but it's a bit of a walk and we thought it was worth paying to save us from more walking in the heat. We do like supporting local shops/owners so for that, I think it's worth it. I also liked that it was clean, they had lots of tables with umbrellas and seating. Also there were a lot of enclosed trash cans which I appreciated so it didn't smell bad and there was always one close by to throw trash away. Drinks: 4 stars $10-15 lemonade, peach lemonade, watermelon lemonade Multiple trucks were selling lemonade which was great for how hot it was. I'm glad the cups were big because they are kind of pricey. Chicho's Fusion Cuisine: 4 stars $20, #2 Fried Egg Smash Burger My friend said it was good and he'd get it again Brazilian Grill: 4 stars $24 Picanha plate I didn't plan on getting Brazilian food when we went. But when we were walking around this guy gave samples and the steak tasted great. Even after looking at a few more aisles I couldn't stop thinking about the steak so went back and ordered it. Advice for surrounding trucks to give out samples! There were quite a few similar trucks but this was the only one of this cuisine that was busy. I think it could have used a salsa or some sort of sauce on the side and I wish the salad had tomato but aside from that it was still delicious and I'd order it again. Dubai chocolate strawberries: 5 stars $13, this was the best thing we got, worth the price and super yummy. If you don't like pistachio the chocolate and strawberries would also still be fire Brappin Crabs: 1 stars... We reallllllyyyyy wanted to like this place. We literally went looking through all the food trucks for this specific food item. First off, 2 eggrolls and fries were $30! It would be one thing if they were big but they weren't and they had no business being called chicken alfredo because it tasted NOTHING like chicken alfredo. It tasted like curry with Indian or Mediterranean seasoning on it. It wasn't bad but it wasn't what you would expect. Thinking about whether or not we want to give their boil a try or if we just need to move on.

Great place for large groups with various appetites and taste buds. If I lived closer, I'd come here every paycheck and try each food truck. I highly recommend this place for residence and visitors to the area.

Located in a small food truck lot on the corner of Kings Ave and Bloomingdale in Riverview, Bacon…read moreEgg'n Cheese offers a classic NY style sandwich that you won't find anywhere else in Florida (except their other food truck in Tampa). The lot has very limited parking for the 5 or more food trucks that are there. This is a problem but it's the only negative I encountered during the experience. The food truck is tucked back into the corner of the lot with a couple of picnic tables for seating in a shaded area. Bacon Egg'n Cheese has a tablet kiosk that you can order from, however you can just walk up and tell the attendant your order if you prefer. They are also available on Uber Eats. I ordered the Hungry Man sandwich and I was beyond satisfied. This sandwich is stacked with 2 eggs, bacon, sausage, ham, and a hash brown on a Kaiser roll. The service was fairly quick with the order being prepared within 5 minutes. Upon taking my first bite I was met with a pleasant and familiar taste I had not experienced in over 17 years since I lived on Long Island. They make the sandwich to order so make sure you ask for whatever you want on your sandwich such as salt, pepper, ketchup etc. The bacon egg and cheese sandwich is a part of NY food culture that can't be found elsewhere... until now. Bacon Egg'n Cheese pays tribute to this iconic sandwich by making it right. I will return again and again to enjoy this authentic breakfast sandwich.

I didn't get what I came for (B.E.C., I'll see you next time , maybe lol), but the flavor profile from the chopped cheese said 'you're welcome' with every bite. It's definitely a tight squeeze considering the amount of cars that pulled up or were already there, but it was flowing... We'll definitely be back for more food and finds. **the bread is braces friendly**
