Matt agreed to match the rate and scheduled our annual cleaning. After 4 emails we received zero response. When we finally received a email back, he hadn't scheduled our property because his company had gotten so many requests for service and would now not honor the rate that he previously agreed to. Mind you, we have used Pierce for years. Terrible business practice and customer service. Use any other Window Service Cleaning company but Pierce Properties.
