Marcos and his team cleaned our house a couple of weeks ago. We hired them to do a deep clean on our house and the fee reflected that. The team was very nice and fast. When I did a first walk through, things looked good, but after taking a closer look, I was disappointed. The grout was still dirty in the shower, the fridge and oven had not been cleaned, nor was the kitchen hood. I found cobwebs still all over the house and the high window sills still had dust. Only the windows on the front entry seem to have been cleaned. Maybe there was a miscommunication on what we wanted to be cleaned, but definitely a bit bummed out with the level of clean for the cost of service. read more

Marcos and his team did an amazing job with a deep clean of our house. Windows that hadn't been washed in over a year now gleam like new. They were even able to do the outside of our high windows! Our glass shower door no looks as fresh as the day we moved in, and all the grout stains are gone. Not only are they incredibly detail oriented (even our baseboards are dusted and cabinet faces are clean), they're efficient at the deep clean, too! H&M Cleaning services is my best discovery all year! This family-owned cleaning service does an impeccable job. They get all of the books and crannies in our house. They also include many of the services other cleaners offer as a la carts (e.g., changing our sheets and cleaning our oven). They are always pleasant when they visit. The house smells wonderful when they leave and they even make fans for our tissue boxes. I am very picky when it comes to cleaning services and this if the best service we've ever had as a family. Absolutely amazing work! The response was really fast and it was easy to set up appointment. They came even though the weather was bad and there was lots of snow on the road. They were on time and polite. For my one bedroom, one bathroom apartment they cleaned the place quite fast. They cleaned all surfaces, vacuumed the floor and even cleaned my bath tub. I would highly recommend Marcos and Harmonia's cleaning service. They recently cleaned my house top to bottom because I had an injury requiring me to use crutches that made it very difficult for me to do it myself. Though I've used cleaning services in the past, I don't really like to because I'm fussy and a bit of a control freak:). I mentioned a couple of my concerns to Marcos in advance, and he was very conscientious about checking with me about the products he was planning to use. I've been working with Marco and Heloisa for about 8 months and they've been fantastic. I'm super particular when it comes to cleaning and end up seeing spots of dirt that most people would never see. I've tried lots of cleaning services before and they never were attentive and I'd always find leftover dirt somewhere when they left. Not with H&M - I honestly can inspect the entire house and there is not one spec of dirt, it's amazing. I recently did a deep clean which included taking off the heated baseboards and wow, I'm ashamed it wasn't done sooner. They spent hours and they are spotless.
