We ordered a pizza on August 20th at 11:45. She said it would be about 25 minutes and after 45 minutes we called and said we did not get it and she apologized and said she was having trouble with her driver. They made another one to send out at 3:00 in the morning we called that we still had not gotten it. We told her we wanted to be reimbursed for the pizza we paid for. Of course, they could not put it on right away she said it would take up to 3 days. One week later it is still not back in my account. Now we have to call and fight it. She did say the next time we order one it is free, we will see. We will definitely ask how many people they have working that night or if they are having troubles of any sort. I was using an app called Too Good to Go. It said Boss' Pizza & Chicken was a new addition to their app and that we should try it. So I thought yay pizza, so I decided to order from them. I went to pick up my order and they told me that they were busy and had no food. This reminds me of when I used to do DoorDash and they told me more than once that they would not honor DoorDash orders because they have their own delivery people. So if you run across Boss' Pizza & Chicken in any apps that are not directly related to the restaurant don't trust that they will honor the order. My Note to Boss': don't have yourself listed in an app if you aren't going to honor any orders made through that app. read more

The portions were just right and the service was top notch! I tried the Boss's in Sioux Falls several days later. Not even close to the same in quality or quantity. The Fargo location filled the tray to the brim and had plenty of sauce. Not so much in Sioux Falls. Less than full and almost dry. Not enough sauce. Keep up the great work, Fargo! read more

Had a pizza delivered to our hotel it took an hour and a half to begin with than the delivery lady sat in her car for approximately five minutes on her phone after getting to our hotel she came into hotel and met my husband than he brought food to room and the pizza was like cardboard and was cold and the chicken wasn't that warm. My company recently ordered a large catering order to be delivered, on site, at 11:00 am. We were told this would not be an issue, we were set up, and to call back the day before to set up payment information. We reached out the day before to confirm the order and left a message to call back but did not receive a call. We reached out again early the next morning, the day of, multiple times with no response. We even tried the cell number of the manager who had assisted with a past order and left messages with him. At 11:00, the manager we left messages with on his cell phone called back. He explained to us that he was not aware of the order and has been trying to contact the manager on duty. A few things are VERY concerning with this incident: 1. This order was placed 2 weeks ago for 80 people. What catering system do they use, that you would not know of an order that brought in over $1000 of revenue before the establishment even opened the doors to the public? 2. Why did no one answer the phone, called a few times here as well, when we called the day before (~3:00pm) and why did no one return the phone call then? 3. If the manger did not know of the order and we were reaching out to him, why would he not call us back and tell us of the facts at hand? Instead, he waited until the time of delivery to tell us that there is a problem. 4. We still had not heard back from anyone at Boss by 11:30 and had to order from somewhere else. Needless to say, this is a huge disappointment to our entire staff and we will not be ordering from them again. I would suggest the same to all. read more

Ordered Door Dash twice. Food arrived on time and hot. Wings were great and house salad very tasty. Pizza had lots of topping but I did not care for the sauce. The pizza sauce tasted very tart or sour like it was made without much seasoning or ripe tomatoes. The sauce overpowered the flavor of the pizza toppings. Pizza never came. We ordered $80 worth of food @ 6:00pm we called them @7:00pm and they told us our order was ready and they were waiting on a driver. So we called @7:30 because we are 8 minutes away. They told us we're still waiting on a driver. So we called door dash( who we ordered thru) they informed us boss' was supposed to deliver it. So I had my wife call them back and they informed her that when they deliver it is between 60-80 minutes and I informed the person on the phone that it had been 100 minutes. So we got the asst mgr on the phone and she then lied and told us they were "waiting on the wings". So never use this company. We canceled our order and ordered from papa John's and spent $50 less for the same thing. We like mom and pop shops cuz we have owned a small business ourselves.
