So I dealt mainly with the owner Andre who had recently taken the business over from his father. I could tell by his knowledge and how he answered my questions that he's been at it a long time and that made me feel incredibly comfortable. One thing that I want to point out was how incredibly difficult I made this deal on Andre due to the time restrictions I had put on him. I basically had no wiggle room whatsoever in a time when COVID has made shipping completely unpredictable. But unfortunately for him this was the last piece of the puzzle in a long drawn out project that I started and my family just needed it done in order to move on with our lives. The pressure I put on this man was easily enough for most to give up. But instead Andre absolutely bent over backwards to help us out. Even in saying that I think it's an understatement. On the day of install he actually shows up with carpet and helped the installers for hours just to get the project done. I honestly couldn't appreciate his service anymore.
